New Year's Eve Looks - a Collaboration with 6 Bloggers.

Today, I am back with another collaboration with several stylish bloggers. From across America (Canada not just the States), we are showing you 6 ways to dress up or down for New Year's. Most of us did this New Year's eve collaboration last year, so I am glad us six got to do this again. These fashionistas are mostly staying casual on the big night this upcoming Saturday while I plan to dress up, totally. Sweaters, tulle skirts, red buffalo plaid, heels, gold sequins and even a sweatshirt, our looks couldn't be any more different. I love how Lee's and Linda's outfits are twinning in gold skinny sequined pants and cozy black sweaters. Read  on to see what all of us got planned this New Year's Eve and visit these ladies' blogs, along the way.

Emily from Darling Dearest
"Hi friends! I’m Emily from Darling, Dearest. The past couple of months have been the most hectic I’ve had, as I wrote my first book, a devotional! Because of that, I’m taking every second I can to rest, hopefully including New Years Eve! I plan on wearing a cozy, warm outfit like this one, perfect for a night in with my husband.  Happy New Years!"

"New Year's Eve is usually a night I dress up a lot for: a cocktail dress, sequins, heels, velvet, fur, bold jewelry, lots of texture. The last time I wore a real fancy dress for New Year's Eve was before I was pregnant, 5 years ago. Well, this year we will be ringing in 2017 at a fancy party dinner and I will be seen in a fun dress, for sure. I was trying different ones on and this teal, long-sleeve piece is dressy enough and has sparkly dots, especially perfect for New Year's Eve paired with jewel tones and red lips. Happy New Year's everyone!"

Sheela from Sheela Writes
"I was completely inspired by Jennifer Lawrence when she wore a sweater + ballerina skirt on the red carpet.  It was such an unexpected pairing that I had to give it a go myself.  Of course, it wouldn’t be a Sheela outfit without some tongue-in-cheek fun, now would it?  That baby blue sweater, you see?  That’s my winter PJ top :) oh, and my tulle skirt?  A super stretchy waistband makes it perfect for that New Year’s Eve dinner we’ve got planned."

Linda from A Labour of Life
"This year I am celebrating New Years in Nashville.  It is a huge outdoor celebration and sadly the temperature is expected to be cool.  I have searched my wardrobe for a party inspired outfit warm enough to watch Keith Urban ring in 2017.  I figure if I can handle the snow in Ottawa I can handle Keith in Nashville. This was my test outfit, I think it works."

Hey y'all, I'm Monica from Jersey Girl, Texan Heart.  This year for New Year's I'm deciding to relax a little bit and wear a casual look.  I usually dress up, but this year has been quite the hectic year I think I need to finish it off by being casual and taking a breather.  I hope everyone has a great New Year!

Lee from Wine and Couture
"I love dressing up for New Years.  I get to wear all my sparkle and glittery clothing!  It's the one time of year that going all out is expected.  These leggings are from Target last year and I have loved wearing them for over the top events.  I always pair my sparkle clothing with Brosway jewelry.  I hope you stop by my blog and see more of my fun New Years Outfit!  Follow on IG and Twitter."

I just bought this Mossimo Dress from Target. At first thought, it wouldn't be the first dress I'd choose for New Year's Eve but when I was trying potential NY Eve dresses the other day, I loved how this one looked. It is a great outfit for a fancy New Year's Eve dinner. This dress is in a teal jewel tone and the Swiss dots on it are sparkly. I paired it with another jewel tone - Royal Blue Pumps and some Black Tights in a small diamond pattern. I also went with a Sleek Satin Black Clutch. I added sparkle through all of my jewelry: a Silver Pave Collar Necklace, a Gray+Pave Crystal Bracelet, a Green+Burgundy Beaded Bracelet, a Gold-tone Brown Pave Bracelet, Gold Crystal Hoops, a couple of Colorful Rings and a Pearl and Gold Crystal Pave Mini Hair Barrette. What do you think of this NY Eve look? What will you be wearing for New Year's eve?
