The Creative Closet Link-up: Pastel Me.

Today, I join AMANDA from Life With Grace and JANA from Life Could Be a Dream for their themed Tuesday link-up titled "The Creative Closet" (I love that name, by the way). Amanda and Jana are wives and mothers to toddlers, like myself. Jana is currently expecting baby #2 actually, a little girl. These ladies both have incredible styles and their blogs have a little bit of everything including recipes, family, faith and more.
Doesn't Jana and her baby bump look gorgeous in the Baby Blue Floral Kimono and Cute Matchy Sandals? And Amanda had Blush in mind, just like me. Her Blouse, Purse and Sandals are all a perfect match. I went the Baby Pink/Blush route also by matching my Dress, Pumps and Necklace. Check out each girl's outfits better on their posts, today.

So, on March 30th, my Husband and I celebrated our anniversary. We finally went on a date a few weeks later (after my visit to the States), just last week. And this Gorgeous Baby Pink/Soft Blush Satin+Lace Mini Dress is what I wore for the occasion. I went the matchy-matchy, monochromatic way with it by pairing it with my Nude Patent Leather Pumps, my light Coral-Pink Statement Necklace (part of my Top 10 items) and some bling on my wrist since I wore a Multi-Strand Crystal Beaded Bracelet and my Pink Watch with 3 Pave Hearts floating inside. I kept my makeup real simple but did break all the Pastel Pink tones by carrying a Teal little Wristlet Clutch. It is good I wore this Dress since I had only worn it once previously, before even becoming a mom, on our Valentine's Dinner Date 2012 to be exact. What do you think of this Soft Pastel Pink Look? Do you like this Dress? How else would you style it? I found many similar ones in the same Pastel Pink shade as mine as well as some Bright-Colored ones, starting from under 50 bucks! Check the widget, below.

Hot Pink, Patent Leather Strap Watch w/ Silver Rhinestone Face & 2 Pink Rhinestone, Floating Hearts inside: An Accessories Boutique in Albania (very similar), (similar Hello Kitty, best deal), (similar Kate Spade option, love this).
Silver, Stretchy, 6-strand, Glass Jet Crystal Bracelet: White House Black Market.

Thank you to everyone who is linking up with us today for "Pastel Me".

Flashback Spring Fashion: Dresses and Sandals.

I totally planned on giving myself my first pedicure for this year yesterday, and wearing sandals for the first time this year and then blog that outfit today for yesterday's Show Your Toes prompt for the Create 28 Spring Challenge. But life got in the way. Vivian has had a bad cold on and off for the last two months now. It was bad, then she improved, then it got worse and now she is ill again and has such a horrible, strong cough. I am currently taking stay-at-home mom and nurse duties to take care of her. My poor baby! =(

I still wanted to participate so the best I can do is look back into some of my Favorite Spring and Summer Looks of the past where I have styled a collection of my Dresses with Sandals whether high-heeled ones, kitten heels or flats. I hope you enjoy! Before I leave for today I invite you to join me tomorrow for a link-up I am co-hosting with Amanda and Jana for their "Creative Closet" on Tuesdays. Tomorrow's theme is "Pastel Me" so welcome by and link up any Pastels and Light Neutrals. Thank You. Have a Great Monday!

So, what do these 12 Outfits say about me? I CLEARLY Love Dresses and own way too many of them and I also love Colors (which you all knew, I guess). I stick to brands I know and that work for me. For example, 75% of my Dresses come from Express, The Limited, White House Black Market, Arden B., Old Navy, H&M, Loft and Bebe. Same goes for my Shoes: 75% of my Shoes come from Nine West, Il Cammino, Simple Shoes and Payless Shoe Source. Hey when it works, it works, right? Which 3 of these dozen looks/dresses are your favorites? I love 1, 3, 9, 10  and 12 as my Top 5. Want to see more Dresses and Sandals and other Fun Spring/Summer Shoes? Stay tuned for a special week of posts starting the first week of May, on May 4th to be exact. I am celebrating my birthday this year in Style!!

P.S. I am linking up with Amanda, Biana, Carylee + Gina, Chelsea, Ellen, Jen, Jess,
And I am using these looks as my Spring Inspirations for sure so I am linking up with Anne and Shea, for tomorrow, as well.
