Dark Flowers and Light Umbrellas.

Dark Flowers for Mommy ...and Light Umbrellas for my Mini Me.
That is how our outfits today are consisting of and that is how this blog post title came along. Shame on me for taking more than half of the Summer to finally wear this Dark Blue Flower OTS Midi Dress, which I purchased at Old Navy about 2 months ago. But I have been wearing my capsule clothes mostly this Summer, so you understand. The colors of the flowers are in mustard, teal, orange, plum and red so I can totally see this dress translating into Fall. Actually since these Wedges are sort of a bootie too, you can keep on the same shoes, except add a layer like a long cardigan and I can smoothly transition into cooler September days. Vivian's dress AND sandals are also from Old Navy. The dress is in the softest Baby Pink with Light Blue Umbrellas on the pattern which look like drawn doodles - such a fun print. Mom Wear to Work Wear: Camel Laceup Block Sandals (Looks 29 + 30).

Good morning everyone. In today's Mom Wear to Work Wear post I took two of the tops and two of the skirts from my Summer capsule and paired them with the same Camel Faux Suede Ghilly Sandals. So my remix item is these Block Heel Sandals and I am here to show you that a ghillie or laceup shoe can be worn to work, too. My jewelry and sunglasses are the same too since those little Red+Silver Crystal Jacket Stud Earrings work great with each outfit. These Camel/Cognac Laceup Block Heel Sandals are currently the top, most-selling item from Target, so reasonable, well-made and so comfy and cute too, plus on trend. Plus, a lot of stylish bloggers own them, too. I have worn them a lot this Summer and might pack them for my vacation, too.
