What to Wear for New Year's Eve - Bloggers' Collaboration.

This Holiday Season I have had the pleasure to collaborate with several of my favorite bloggers and bring you Holiday-inspired Outfits for all your special December occasions.  I bring you the third Monday of my Holiday Collaborations where this time we show you our different but fun and sparkly New Year's Eve styles. First, I showed you what to wear to a Holiday Winter Wedding, then last week other mommy bloggers and myself showed you Mommy+Me Christmas Outfits - by far my favorite post this Holiday season. Today I am back all dressed up in Teal in a Fun New Year's Dress.

It is fun to see how two of us styled blue mini dresses, two of us wore beautiful white dresses and accessorized with black statement necklaces and a side braid and last but not least the other two wore sparkly/sequined mini skirts with opaque black tights, black booties and blush on top. It is like we all coordinated ahead of time. Our outfits are all quite diverse and still all perfectly proper for New Year's Eve. Besides my outfit, also don't forget to check out (clock-wise) Monica, Emily, Linda, Jessica and Alecz.

On New Year's Eve Pretty Cocktail Dresses with fun and sparkly details like sequins, beads, feathers, fringe, crystal, mixed media, leather accents etc. are definitely what one should and could wear to stand out and feel fabulous. It is after all the biggest night of the year. Materials like satin, silk, chiffon and fur should be part of your New Year's Eve Outfit, too. In the last decade or so, whenever I have dressed up and celebrated the New Year's out and about in a fun bar/club, more often than not I have worn a fun dress. At least 5 of the Dresses I have previously worn for New Year's, have been purchased at Bebe. Bebe has never let me down when it comes to special occasion dresses, especially fun cocktail ones. You can currently find other great New Year's Eve Dresses at bebe, like this absolute favorite and a great deal too, this sexy midi numberthis blush bodycon dress or this stunning piece in crystals+feathers. This little Teal Blue Satin number is also by bebe from a few years ago, albeit my first time wearing it. It features a bubble hemline, a halter neckline and this cool dark green ombre feather detail on the front waist part. The feather has a big black flower in the middle and a fun cameo inside the flower. I decided to continue with my Jeweled Tones for this New Year's Eve Inspiration and chose a matchy Patent Leather Teal Clutch, Faux Alligator+Real Suede Plum Peep-Toe Pumps and a Fur Chocolate Coat. I accessorized with a Sparkly Lavender Topaz Ring, a Gold Rose Pave Cocktail Ring, Fun Gold Pave Geometric Earrings, a Silver+White Intricate Cuff and a Faux Snakeskin+Pave Baby Pink Bangle. I applied some Mauve Lipstick, a Smoky Eye using this palette and let my hair down though a little bit wavy. I added a couple of silver bobby pins with lavender crystal heads). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my hairdresser before Christmas - my gray roots need to be covered badly. It was misty, very chilly and very windy out so some outdoor photos are not the best either and for that I apologize. But rather than that, I am in love with this Fun Outfit. I love my dress and I love that I paired it with bright shoes, also. What do you think?
