35: Denim Dress. And More Denim Threads.

Another 2-in-1 post today, guys. I am trying to wrap up posting the 30 for 30 (definitely it ended up being a lot more than 30 outfits) and show you some other outfits I have worn lately, as well. Today is all about Denim. It is the casual, feel-good fabric that we wear year around, even more so once Fall starts.
This is the second time during the remix where I have worn my Denim Shirtdress on its own, without layering it with something else. This time I took out its own Denim Sash and added this Mushroom-Colored Python Belt instead. I layered my White Cami underneath and left the top button undone. As far as accessorizing True Red Lipstick and a Silver+Turquoise Bauble Necklace were all I needed for some oomph. Do you yet own a Denim or Chambray Shirtdress? Another Versatile option in my opinion. I linked a few cute ones, below.
Silver, Sparkly, Globe Drop Earrings: Fred's Jewelry (similar, on sale, love these), (similar, best deal).
Bronze, Metallic, Glittery, Bootie Sandals w/ double Buckles off the side: DSW (similar by Blowfish, great deal, love these), (similar strappy brown gladiators, best deal, love these), (similar by Naturalizer, on sale).

And, since this is the last time I remixed my Denim Shirtdress for this challenge, I wanted to show you all the ways I have worn it.
(1, 2 - today, 3 and 4.)
So, twice on its own - once with the long sleeves unrolled, once layered with my Black Cardigan and last but not least on top of my Bright Yellow Skinny Pants. What's your favorite? I like today's styling but I love it over the pants - unusual and I was skeptical about it at first, but I loved how it came out.

Here is (in a way) the Texas Tuxedo for you guys lol. But no, the scarf I am wearing is not a bandanna (though it looks like it). It is a long silk scarf in a python print. I finally wore my Denim Pencil Skirt which I paired with a White Ruffled Tee and my Denim Vest. The blues on the denim pieces are similar but not quite the same wash which is better. For an additional pop of Red, I wore these Jelly Sandals once more this year (since it was warm). Not only do I look like I belong in Texas but also totally American in my Red, White+Blue. What do you think? I actually ended up liking this casual outfit worn on an errand day and chasing after Vivian in the playground.
Hand Jewelry:
Royal Blue Glass Beaded Long Necklace w/ Silver Fireballs (worn as a bracelet): An Accessories Boutique (similar, best deal, love this), (similar, great deal, love this), (gorgeous option in teal, great deal).
Gold Stretchy Chain Bangle: Express (similar by Kate Spade), (gorgeous option by Madewell, great deal).
Olive Green/Gold Rhinestone Bangle (part of a set of Bangles): A Random Boutique (similar by Givenchy, great deal, love this), (set of 3 rhinestone bangles, best deal).
White, Cotton-Viscose, Short-Sleeve Tee w/ Ruffles on the front: The Limited (very similar), (similar by WHBM, best deal, love this), (gorgeous option by Anthropologie).
Red+White, Python-Print, Skinny Long, Silk  Scarf: Casual Corner.
Red, Jelly, Bow Sandals w/ Sparkly little Stones: Il Cammino (similar + a great deal), (similar 2), (ballet flat option).

  5. That's a great denim shirt dress! I also love the styling as a shirt over the yellow skinnies. The necklace in outfit 1 is gorgeous plus I like the way you tied the scarf around your neck in the second outfit.
