16 of 30 and 17 of 30: Red Portofino Shirt.

First of all, I am being featured for the "Sit-down Style Session" round-up today over at The Brandied Pair. Beautiful Hosts Jen and Londyn who are two Amazingly Stylish Fashionistas chose me to be featured today. So read on because it was a cute little interview. Thanks!

Finally guys! It only took close to two weeks, but I am finally wearing my Beautiful, Bright, Red-Hot Portofino Shirt by Express. I have no clue why it took me this long but then I wore it twice on the same day. The first Outfit was worn during the day and lunch-time, while the second Outfit was worn in the late afternoon through the evening. Let's look at each Outfit closer now.
For the first Outfit I paired the Red Portofino with my Brown Corduroys and added a White Faux Fur Vest.  Of course I showed you a more Work-ready, Tailored, Sophisticated Outfit featuring Brown and Red earlier this week. But this time it is a Bolder pairing of these 2 Colors. The Outfit has a little bit of a Masculine feel with the Brown Belt looped inside the Trousers, the Big Round-face Watch and the Vest, similar to this Outfit (that features the same Cords, my Cobalt Plaid Button-down & a White Vest, also). But I added feminine touches of course such as Red Dangly Earrings, a Chunky Chain Necklace & Leopard Flats. Because you know Leopard+Red are always perfection, don't you think? I think I pulled off this Masculine Look (twice now) because I did receive compliments on each Outfit, especially this one. This Outfit, also is perfect for the Menswear-Inspired theme today over at Spotlight Weekly, to which I am linking up.
Pros: I actually quite like it. It is different and not what you see every day or what you expect a 'typical' fashion blogger to wear.
Cons: Like I said I like the Outfit but it can be missunderstood. Not everyone will get it. But I dress for me, first and foremost. So that's OK.
Red, Loose-Fit, Silky, Button-Down "Portofino" Blouse: Express.
Winter White Faux Fur Vest w/ Elastic Band/Belt Detail & Gold Hardware: Pelinki.
Hazelnut-Brown, Corduroy Pants (come with Skinny Belt): Bershka (New).
Red Crystal & Silver Rhinestone Beaded, Drop Earrings: Fred's Jewelry.
Thick, Faux Gold, Chain Necklace: c/o A Local Accessories Boutique (New).
Light Orange, Round-face, Quartz Watch: Gift from My Husband (New).
Teal Metallic, Small Butterfly Hair Clip: Random Street Vendor.
Leopard & Black, Calfskin & Patent Leather, Cap-Toed Ballet Flats: White House Black Market.

The second Outfit of the day is so Bright, Colorful and totally Feminine, definitely on the dressier side. Red looks great against Cobalt and I will remember this for future pairings.I kept the same Necklace as earlier because it worked plus the Gold Chain Necklace adds to the Nautical, Americana feel. I ended up wearing the Denim Jacket to keep me warm, but this Outfit looks great even without it. I am so glad I finally added a Cobalt Pencil Skirt to my wardrobe. This Skirt was originally $60 but I got it for 40% off  $19.99 and it is Ponte! What do you think of this Outfit? Are you in love with it as much as I am? Yesterday's Color for the Pantone-themed Week was Dazzling Blue. I am linking up a day late but this Skirt totally qualifies because it is totally Dazzling Blue.
Pros: I love it head to toe. It might be my Favorite Outfit from this 30 for 30 Remix Challenge, so far.
Cons: Nothing. You can't go wrong with Red and Blue.
Red, Loose-Fit, Silky, Button-Down "Portofino" Blouse: Express.
Light Medium Wash, Classic Denim Jacket: H&M (Thrifted; New).
Cobalt, Ponte Pencil Skirt w/ Gold Buttons off the Left side (on the front): The Limited (New).
Royal Blue, Crystal, Beaded Dangly Earrings: White House Black Market.
Thick, Faux Gold, Chain Necklace: c/o A Local Accessories Boutique (New).
Light Orange, Round-face, Quartz Watch: Gift from My Husband (New).
Orange+Silver Beaded, Charm Bracelet: JC Penney's.
Navy+White, Suede Leather, Pointy Toe Ballet Flats: Gap.

P.S. Also linking up with Tara, Lena, Renae, Allison and Lauren.
Happy Thursday Evening and Enjoy Your Weekends, Ladies!

My body was just getting normal and feeling revived after last weeks minor 'surgery' {the port installed} and I was NOT going to submit to their weird schedule.
