Thursday Moda #156: Sporty Winter.

Good morning you all. I have a simple yet put-together Athleisure Sporty Look today that is pretty monochromatic in neutrals: taupe, grey, white and blush pink. I took a lot of photos because it was a pretty day full of natural light. The sun was shining bright over the few patches of snow that were left. It snowed at least two more times since then and currently we have 2-3 inches out there.

SPORTY  WINTER.
I am wearing my Light Grey Skinny Moto Jeans by Target which I paired with this Pretty Frayed-Hem Sweater by Loft. I love this sweater so much. The color is between a beige and grey or greige. For a comfortable day off filled with errands I wore my Perforated New Balance White Leather Sneakers. On top I have on my Beautiful Millennial Pink Puffer Jacket by Land's End. Since this outfit has mostly monochromatic, neutral colors I wanted to add a pop of color or two so I wore a deep red (almost burgundy) lipstick and my Mauve-ish Red Sunglasses by Ann Taylor. I love how the outfit turned out. But then again every time I wear this pretty pink coat I get so many compliments on it. It automatically prettifies any outfit - dressy or casual - and dresses up any look, too. What do you think?! Have you done any Sporty Winter Looks lately?!

Thank you for loving my Monochromatic Skirt Look and Vivian's Elegant Mustard Dress last week. I loved a lot of the outfits that were linked. This week I was attracted to gorgeous dresses and skirts and Spring-Forward looks as you will see with all the pink, mint and florals. There are some gorgeous blondes and a beautiful brunette whose outfits I loved the most. Most of these ladies were thinking Spring - which I pray comes soon here in Michigan - but a couple of them rocked a skirt or a dress in a put-together sophisticated Winter look. And can we ahh a moment at their gorgeous bags, too!?

Darlene showed us 'How to Style a Polka Dot Midi Skirt Outfit'. That periwinkle skirt with the large dots is stunning and she posed so pretty!
Lisa is ready for Spring and Summer even in her beautiful, tropical 'Gibson' maxi dress complete with thong sandals and gorgeous tousled hair.
Like me, with my puffer jacket today, the lovely Laurie wore 'Candy Coloured Hues' for Winter. That blazer is stunning with its double-breasted style.
Leave it to Katie to find a rainbow sequined skirt which she paired with the 'Perfect Pink Blouse'. This lady wears color and girly patterns like no one else!
Bundled up in style, Lizzie wore a pastel lilac coat over her lacy dress with a beret and pearl-embellished pumps. She did a good job with the 'NYFW F/W 2019 Day Two Recap' and I really wished I saw all of those fashion shows, too.
Shauna is 'Mint to Be' in her beautiful mint chiffon dress complete with embroidered pretty flowers. The nude pumps and bubblegum pink designer bag were the perfect pieces to compliment that dress.
