50 Shades of Green.

This is the outfit I wore to work on Saint Patrick's day, which was almost a month ago, oh my. I don't remember how many years it has been since it was or felt this cold for St. Patty's. Besides the very crisp frozen snow on the ground, it was a very cold low-temperature kind of day. I totally needed to add that Long Cardigan (Coatigan) to my look. Plus it pulls together the entire outfit, don't you think?!

50  SHADES  OF GREEN.
The outfit I wore features many shades of green with pops of gold and for Saint Patrick's is the right outfit to wear. It is also different, stylish, modern and fun. My coatigan, striped blouse, statement earrings, clutch and even my ponytail holder were all green - albeit different shades of green. But they all worked great together. I feel that you can totally do a monochromatic head to toe look with different shades of the same color, like I did. These Gorgeous New Jacquard Cropped Pants by Gap have a gold design on them, which has a green undertone. Pairing them with the Gold Louboutins was a great idea. I also love my Cropped, Ruffle-Sleeve Button-Down Shirt by Who What Wear for Target which you may still find in the stores, probably on clearance. It is quite Springy and I picture it with a Midi A-Line Skirt for Spring and Summer. The coatigan and clutch are by Target, too. My New Crispin Ball Hunter Green Earrings by Francesca's were the perfect earrings to wear with this outfit, too.

  2. Hopefully all the green will inspire Spring weather to come your way! It looks so cold there with the snow in the background, I'll bet that cardigan felt good after taking pics without it!

Hope you are having a great week so far! I'm feeling a bit under the weather unfortunately, trying to rest up (as much as you can with two kids, ha!).
