The Perfect Cinco de Mayo Outfit + Thursday Moda Linkup.

Happy May you all - yeay, my birthday month is here! I totally meant to post yesterday since it was May 1st but you know Mondays - they are always super busy - and yes somehow I blinked and my Monday was gone! But I love how this month started on a Monday which is the first day of the week so I say a great start to a great month! Anyhow yesterday was cold, drizzly and weird weather all day. But I finally shot this outfit today because let me tell you, this is the Perfect Cinco de Mayo Outfit. April Showers (and we had a lot of those in April) bring May Flowers and pretty florals or flower embroideries, like on my pretty LWD c/o a local Ann Arbor (Michigan boutique). They have the prettiest Bohemian pieces - like my dress. They were kind enough to gift me a tunic, a necklace, a bracelet and a pair of hoops too.

This dress arrived last week and it was perfect for me not only because I am a dresses' girl as you all know but come on, it is a girly flowy Bohemian style and has pretty embroidered flower motifs in red - which is my most favorite color of all. I really wanted to wear it and style it last weekend and have it posted on the blog yesterday as I immediately thought of Cinco de Mayo once I opened the package, (this dress hadn't arrived at the boutique yet when I received it). But cold weather and rain don't mesh well with white dresses, especially ones that are made in light gauze material like this. And to tell you the truth, it was cold and in the 40s today too, when I shot these photos. But weather be damned - I am a style blogger and I sacrifice for fashion. I wanted to show you all how I would style this LWD for May 5th or you know a day of Mexican Fiesta - burritos, fajitas and margaritas. I am a sucker for red first of all and to me Cinco de Mayo ultimately requires some red. Mexico has red as one of their country's colors, too. It was easy to pair this dress with red since the embroidery is all in red. I added my Red Wedges (purchased last Summer at Payless - yet first time you see them on the blog, sorry), and an 'old' Red Rosette Clutch which is the prettiest, girliest clutch I own and a Pave+Pearl Flower Cocktail Ring (both of these pieces from about 6 years ago). I also added a Long Necklace w/ tiny neutral-tone crystals but in the middle there is this grayish-olive big oval stone, it paralleled the tasseled laces of my dress. I decided against red lipstick though and chose a Shimmery Rust Orange Lipgloss instead. I cannot wait to style this dress with sneakers next and very simple jewelry. And I sometimes plan on styling with heels and turquoise jewelry, too.

Today, I am pretty on trend with several themed linkups going on this week too (with which I am linking up) and these ladies are all great - you should link up, too. Debbie - her monthly Ageless Style linkup this month is all about 'Flower Power', Laura - the Trend Spin linkup she hosts on Tuesdays has 'Spring Dresses' as the theme; Michelle - whose Monday linkup this week is all about 'Embroidery'; and Andrea with the Blended Blog sisters' linkup which this week is all about ' May Flowers'. Do you like how I styled this dress?! Isn't it the perfect outfit for Cinco de Mayo?! Do you own any embroidered dresses yourself?! I currently have so many embroidered pieces on my cart from a favorite online boutique - I will share them all and some Cinco de Mayo inspiration on my post on Friday, so stay tuned. =)

  18. But police usually carry a separate saliva testing kit that can test for it. As mentioned earlier, urine tests are the most common. Closely followed by a saliva test. So you should prepare for both urine and saliva tests. The most accurate test, however, is the blood test. Whenever there are doubts about the validity of the results, or whenever there are conflicting test results, usually a blood test will be run. If you need to pass a urine drug test and don’t have time for a full-fledged THC detox kit (which usually takes 5-10 days), detox drinks will work best for you. Do note that, for best results with detox drinks, you’ll have to quit using THC at least 48 hours before the test. If you’re a heavy user, you’ll have to abstain even longer. In this section, we’ll cover 3 detox drinks in total: 1. Detoxify Mega Clean Herbal Cleanse 2. Rescue Detox Blueberry Ice Instant Cleansing Energy from Applied Sciences 1. Also, an important point to know is that detox teas fluctuate the levels of creatinine in your urine which can be doubtful for the lab technician. It indicates that you tried to forge the drug test. Q: Does alcohol help detox the body of THC? A: Alcohol doesn’t detox THC levels. It, in fact, has the opposite reaction on the body. It, instead, boosts the THC level available in the bloodstream. If alcohol is consumed after weed, the THC levels may go high unexpectedly than consuming the weed alone. That is why you should always avoid combining these two substances and definitely avoid driving while under their influence. Q: How to detox drugs out of your system when pregnant? A: Pregnancy is a crucial thing, and it’s essential to detox when you’re pregnant, not because you need to pass the drug test but because drugs are harmful to the fetus.
