Thursday Moda #53: Super Casual in Superga.

Welcome to another Thursday Moda. Though the calendar says March 1st don't let my outfit from today (worn IRL today as well) fool you, because we had heavy winds, rain and later even snow and all of these made our temperatures drop close to freezing. In actuality instead of this OOTD, today I really wanted to do a recap of the past year of the Thursday Moda linkup, but I didn't have it ready to go live today - probably in a couple of weeks.

Actually I probably wasn't even gonna post this outfit on the blog at all. I would simply snap a couple of quick photos of it for Instagram and that's all. But I decided to take a few more photos of it and bring it to you all on the blog, nevertheless. Today I was a stay-at-home mom so I am in my element, being as comfy and as real as possible, just a casual mom on the go. All I am wearing is Nude Lipgloss and a Dainty Gold-Tone Layered Necklace. There is nothing special about this look, just a Patterned Split-V Henley (the pattern of this is leaves) and Biker-Style Blue Jeans. A super casual look featuring my new Superga Black Leather Sneakers that lately arrived from Italy, which are so well-made, sturdy and classic too. I can tell you this much: these sneakers will get a lot of wear, in super casual looks or even with skirts and dresses. These sneakers were so comfy that I wore them half of the day at home with this outfit and later kept them on for a day of playing at the mall (for Vivian) and browsing pretty things, for me. All I did was switch to some Mauve Lipstick and adding a coat of Black Mascara and I was done. Wish I had worn my heavy coat on top with a scarf too, because it was so cold.

I just purchased this Henley Top (and another one in light blush pink with black palm trees) from H&M. They are currently two for $15 and they are super comfy, come in a few different solids and several patterns too. I wore green today in order of the first unofficial day of Spring - March 1st. This Henley was the perfect thing in green, for me to wear.
Forest Green+White Leaf Print, Split V-Neck Henley Top: H&M (New) (similar in rust, Steal), (similar in multi-colored stripes, love this), (similar in a mosaic pattern, on Sale, my Favorite).
Medium Wash Moto-Style, Skinny Blue Jeans: Mossimo via Target (New) (quite similar, Great Deal, my Favorite), (similar, Huge Splurge, love these), (similar, Steal).
Triple-Stranded Dainty Chain "Gold Tone" Necklace w/ Skinny Bar Charms: c/o Mosaic (New) (similar, Huge Steal), (similar, Fantastic Deal, love this), (similar, Great Deal, my Favorite).
Red+White, Twisted String Bracelet: Hand-Made by me (read the story of this, here).

Thank you all very much for not only linking up last week, but also for all the great compliments you gave me on my Red Gown and all your warm wishes and congratulations regarding my first linkup anniversary. About 140 posts were linked last week. I featured my favorite Mommy+Mini duos yesterday but I am honored to share more gorgeous looks today. It seems like the great temperatures we had last week, showed through your blog outfits, too. So many pretty warm-ish looks!!
Today's Featured Blogger is STEPHANIE from Go Fashion Deals a beautiful and very stylish young lady, mom to a toddler boy. Stephanie linked this gorgeous and elegantly feminine look of cream, blush and heather gray that is so flattering on her slim body. This color combinations is so soft and so pretty, I can see everyone looking fabulous in it. While her white tulle skirt is gorgeous, I love the classy and girly tote and those gorgeous ballet shoes. Bringing out the ballerina in her, Stephanie's hair is put up in a knot. Stephanie is one of those bloggers that looks great in everything (probably even a dumpster bag). Her blog features many OOTDs but there is also some life-style posts and reviews. Stephanie is also very sweet so if you have yet to follow her, do stop by, congratulate her and follow her too. =)

Lorena is a ray of sunshine in her pretty raspberry+cobalt  dress with bell sleeves, showing us 'the big picture' in her outfit and how she approaches fashion.
Jacqui styled her 'Peg Trousers' suitable for a sophisticated office. I adore that poncho sweater wrap over the chic patterned, silky blouse.
Sabina's Bohemian outfit is as unique as her beauty. Her 'Statement Sleeve Sweater' in rich Cabernet pairs so well with the small floral maxi skirt.
As Tamara approaches her due date, she keeps dressing her bump in a pretty 'Maternity Maxi Dress' like this one in a light pink and teal mosaic.

Now join the linkup and make some new friends!
