Saint Patrick's Work-Inspired Outfit.

I know what you are thinking: this dress has a little open cut-out on the top of the back. Could you wear it to work? Well, not if you are a lawyer or a Wall Street financier. Not if your office job is stuffy, but you could wear it to several less formal types of offices, even some schools. You can even try it with a jacket, cardigan or blazer on top, to make it less sexy. In my job environment, I am lucky enough to wear this dress exactly as I styled it here. But if fishnet tights aren't your thing, or if your job doesn't allow them, try semi-opaque, dark monochrome or opaque black tights instead.

I do want to warn you though, short trapeze dresses like this, should always be paired with tights or leggings if worn at work. I love how this outfit can entirely take you to work, lunch with co-workers and a dinner date with your man, right after. I love the teal-ish green color of this dress with the reds and rust shades of that pretty mosaic floral pattern going vertically down the front and the back. My statement necklace ties in perfectly with the colors of the clutch and the colors of the pattern. I also love how this beautiful green pairs with bright red and midnight blue just as well. And this shade of green is perfect to wear this week to work with the upcoming Saint Patrick's day. What do you think how I styled this dress?! Oh and you can tell it was extremely windy, which made the temps feel a lot lower and colder.

  4. Ada, I love, love, love this dress! In fact, I saw it at my local Target and wanted it but they did not have it in my size so I couldn't even try it on. Oh, it is even more fabulous on than it was on the hanger!
