Fall Back... (in love with Michigan)...

After the clock hits midnight tonight, we will turn the clocks back an hour. I always feel the "Fall Back" time is exactly the time when it feels that the Holiday season and Winter are literally around the corner. Especially when you have already seen several stores all decked out for Christmas, Starbucks has come out with their holiday cup (it is green this year, and so pretty!) and gasp!! you have listened to a couple of Christmas songs, already. Plus, my mom and I plan to hit Michael's sometime this week in the hopes for finding the perfect Christmas tree (we need a new one).

I wanted to do something different today. In honor of the "Fall Back" time/season, I wanted to celebrate Fall because technically we still have a month and a half left of it and truth be told, it has been the warmest Autumn I have ever experienced, here in the mitten state. Sure we had had some fairly low temperatures (low 50s as being the lowest during the day) but usually it has been a steady 60-68 degrees, sometimes 70 or more degrees and a few days even 80 degrees. To celebrate Fall and its beautiful momentum, I decided to fully embrace it and show you a dozen beautiful photos (found on the Internet) from Michigan during this time of the year because seriously Michigan is beautiful in the Fall. It is by far its best season! I have linked the source under each photo, of course. Enjoy them!! And Happy Fall (back)!!

This photo says it all: look at those rich colors and gorgeous trees!
