Two Outfits in One and a Cape.

One of the biggest trends of Fall+Winter 2015-2016 season are Capes or Ponchos. And I just found out that they are called a "Ruana" as well. Well, the Lovely Ladies of "Create 28 Fall Looks" picked it as one of the themes, for their current October challenge. Check out one of these fashionistas, Whitney, rock a Gorgeous Fringe Tan Cape. I wore this outfit exactly a week ago, last Friday when I went to meet the Lovely Cynthia which I mentioned earlier, on the blog. It was the first day when the weather really started changing. It was chilly. It was the perfect layered outfit for coffee, chit-chatting and a little bit of mall-shopping. Cynthia was also wearing jeans, booties, a blouse and a jacket. I ended up pairing my Poncho with another New Portofino Shirt: My Navy Anchor one. I started the week with a Portofino Shirt and I am ending it with one, and they are both in a Navy Nautical Style. A little subtle pattern-mixing between the smaller and the larger print worked out well. My Skinny Jeans are slightly distressed and they are currently my only pair of distressed skinnys (need to change that for sure). I wore my Black Booties and a Black Leather Logo Belt from Guess. Basically it is a Monochromatic Look in Blues and Black, but with enough interest and some patterns, too. What do you think? Are you loving Capes this season? I linked some amazing ones below.
