Striped Dresses Week: Pink Striped Dress and Pink Link-up.
Hi. Did you all have a good weekend? We just got back from a weekend in Windsor, Canada, about an hour ago. I want to wrap up Dress Week with a couple of Summery Striped Dresses and give Summer a send-off as well, because Fall is definitely here and it looks like it is sticking around this time. Of course, kicking in the month of wearing Pink (every Monday and Wednesday, this October) to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I chose a Hot Pink Striped Tank Dress, which would also work as a Tunic with Leggings and a Jacket, for now during Fall.
So my Hot Pink Striped Dress has Gray Stripes that are framed by very thin Metallic Silver Pinstripes. The Dress is in a soft ribbed cotton and the fact that it is a tank style makes it a versatile, casual, basic piece. Bringing out the Silver of the Dress I wore a Pave Collar Mesh Silver Necklace. I mixed+matched my Metallics though, because I am wearing Leather Gold Slides. That's all I needed for a real warm September day. Vivian is wearing a Lime Green+White Striped Dress with a Navy+Pink Polka Dot Flower patched on the skirt part, on the front. She wore matchy Lime Green+White Zebra Socks and Cute Tulle Embellished White Sneakers.
Pink, Gray & Silver Striped, Ribbed Tank Dress: Express (very similar, great deal, love this), (maxi option by Target, for a steal! comes in several colors, love this), (gorgeous, long-sleeve ruched option by Nicole Miller, on sale, my favorite).
Silver Rope, Sparkly, Collar Necklace w/ Floating Silver Pave Crystal Ring: A Random Boutique (very similar, fine jewelry, Splurge, love this), (similar sterling silver option, fantastic deal), (black+silver option by F21, best deal, love this).
Sterling Silver Tennis Bracelet w/ Light Green Sapphire Stones + little Diamonds: JC Penney's (similar, fine jewelry option, Splurge, my favorite), (similar, great deal), (similar w/ blue topaz stones & diamond accents, best deal, love this).
Real Gold Dainty Bracelet with "Vivian" Name Tab: Special-Ordered (Vivian has an identical one).
Real Gold Tennis "XO" Bracelet: Lord & Taylor (very similar, fine jewelry option, Splurge), (very similar, Steal), (similar, fun option, best deal, love this), (cuff option by Fossil, great deal, my favorite).
Gold Leather Wedge Slide Sandals: Liz Claiborne (similar by Aerosoles, great deal, love these), (gorgeous metallic option by Aldo's, my favorite), (similar by Sam & Libby, also come in black, for a steal!).
