Bohemian 70s Inspired Week: Off-the-Shoulder Blouse and Circle Skirt.
Happy Monday!
For those of you who are daily readers, you know that I love doing themed posts and theme weeks. So, this week I am doing an entire week of the biggest current trend of Fall 2015 - Bohemian 70s. Which means, all week I will be featuring some type of Boho 70s Inspired Look. Also, starting today, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday the Lovely DEBBIE from Fashion Fairy Dust will join me for the Bohemian Week. Bohemian is one of the adjectives I would use to describe Debbie's style, actually. She is the perfect person to do this with. She amazes me with her ability to layer in such an effortless way, especially the way she layers her dresses. Don't you love this Blush Sweater+Lace Look of hers today? The Sweater Dress paired with the Black OTK Boots is both sweet and edgy!
This outfit was worn before we got our freezing temperatures. Yes, it got to 30 degrees here on Saturday. Being honest here, but I also did wear a jacket over it for when I drove plus for in and out of the car. Rather than that though, here I have bare shoulders (which are so IN currently) and a circle midi skirt. I love the fun bell sleeves of this Hot Pink Blouse and of course the off-the-shoulder look. I shopped my closet for it. This dates back a few years ago and it is from Bebe. The Black+Tan Circle Midi Skirt is the first midi A-line skirt I ever bought. It is almost a decade old and it is from Wet Seal. The pattern of it is almost ethnic and there are some silver sequins on the bottom circles. I accessorized with an Iridescent Teardrop Pendant, Teardrop Hoop Earrings, a Studded Gold Hobo Bag and my Black Booties. What do you think? I got another Bohemian Look tomorrow featuring some huge trends of the season. Stay tuned!

I think you look more Spanish flamenco than boho babe, Ada, BUT either way, the look is very feminine and pretty :) and you're absolutely right, Debbie's style is so boho pixie dust, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Love your skirt. :)

This look doesn't so much remind me of 70's boho as it does of Spain! The bright top & circle skirt look like you need to be dancing some salsa!
