White Floral Maxi, Navy Nautical Hat and Red Lips.

With everything I got going on this month, especially the second half of this month with vacation, moving and then traveling overseas, I (as usual) haven't been able to schedule my posts ahead so I will post whenever and if I can. Like this outfit, I totally meant to post it yesterday and link it with Michelle and Anna Luiza for their monthly weekly link-up which this Monday was all about The Maxi. Posting it on a Tuesday, instead. And, starting this Friday, next weekend and the first two weeks of August - while I take me time with all of my packing, traveling and settling - I have planned to have lots of Guest Bloggers here for you guys to read, admire and follow.

So I love a Maxi Dress for Summer especially if it is in a Floral Print. I love a Good Black Maxi also. This one is from a few Summers ago from Express when they collaborated with this woman designer (I cannot recall her name) I ended up picking several dresses and tops then from that collaboration. She had gorgeous styles and prints and a few Boho pieces, too. The flounce, tiers and overall girly style of this Maxi Dress, plus the fact that it is 100% Silk Chiffon makes it perfect for Summer, don't you think? I am so glad I paired it with my Green Sandals bringing out the bright green leaves of the Dress. And of course the pretty red flowers called for Bright Red Lips. I added one of my Real Gold Heart Pendants (this one has a Pink Topaz), a couple of Colorful Bracelets and my Aqua 360 Stud Earrings which matched that Mint Cocktail Ring beautifully. And due to the 100 degree hot sun I added my New Navy Floppy Hat. I love this one. It has a White+Navy Ribbon around the rim which is clasped with a Gold Anchor. It is such a pretty piece I scored BRAND-NEW for about 6 bucks. I have seen identical Hats for anywhere between $25-60. Do you like wearing Maxi Dresses with Floppy Hats like me?
