Do Accessories Make All the Difference?

TGIF everyone. Sometimes I wonder if accessories make all the difference when it comes to a simple outfit and today's outfit confirms my thought that they do (not always but often). I have on a pair of comfy turquoise joggers and a black tank top. That's all this outfit would be without some little details: a Metallic Woven Nude Fedora, Ombre Blue Jelly Ballet Flats with adorable little Cobalt Bows and even a Floral Scarf hanging down my bag. I also accessorized with a Turquoise Bracelet and a Green Pave and Onyx Bracelet. Do the accessories make all the difference when it comes to a simple outfit. What do you say?
