Navy Sweater - 2 Casual Ways.
Hello. It is the last Friday and the last weekend of May. It was such a quick month for me. It definitely felt that way except the ten days I spent at the hospital with Vivi. Those felt looooong. Anyhow, I figured before May was over show you some more Sweater looks from this Spring. As always I am behind with outfit posting.
So, one of these outfits featuring my Navy Sweater is back from March and the other one from this month when we had some chilly weather this week. Though this Navy Sweater is pretty thick, it is open-knitted and when worn alone (without a layer underneath) it is actually very light and easy on. On the first Outfit I wore a version of the denim-on-denim look with some Flare Blue Jeans and a Chambray Shirt underneath the Sweater in a much lighter shade than the Jeans. I kept the look very sporty by wearing some Sneakers by Skechers. While, with the second outfit you could say I did a version of leopard-on-leopard albeit my leopard isn't in the classic brown/camel shades. The Leggings are in a Burgundy-Maroonish shade while the Scarf is Red with Black. I realize with the Tall Cognac Boots and the Dark Colors this Outfit feels very November-like but I do think the Blue, Burgundy and Cognac work well together. I actually prefer the second outfit, and you?

ReplyDeleteTwo lovely stylings! I especially love the featuring of the leo print! It got cold here in NW Ohio, so I'm going to be donning sweaters, too, this week. :) T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com
