Firmoo Glasses.

A few months ago, this past Winter I was contacted by a very friendly, probably the nicest company representative I had ever worked with, on this blog. She was contacting me from FIRMOO which is a Global Online Optical Store. She sincerely wanted to cooperate with me, by sending me a Free pair of Glasses (prescription or non-prescription) for me to own and review later on. After a quick glance at their website and especially after such a nice E-Mail, I was smitten right away with this company so I e-mailed her back that YES I was interested. They had countless great glasses to chose from and most of them so affordable, some starting at $29.00 which is a steal, I think. The only problem was, which pair to choose because there were so many cute ones that I loved. I narrowed it down to my top 5, after spending over an hour looking through their website and after having the option of uploading a close-up picture of myself and virtually trying on at least a dozen pairs. After oohing at some of them, I finally decided to get this Gorgeous pair in Burgundy which at first I didn't realize it was unisex. I loved the color, the nerdy style, the slight ombre look of the frames and how they looked on me, from my virtual try-on session. That's it - I was done! I was having problems ordering them on my own though, so I want to mention how incredibly sweet and helpful my Firmoo Representative was and she placed the order for me instead, after I gave her my Frame Id# and my Address. I ordered the non-prescription option by the way, since I don't have to wear glasses or contact lenses. At the time, I was in the States, but I unfortunately flew back to Europe just a couple of days before the time that the Glasses arrived. I was a little crushed. But my mom received them and she showed them to me via Skype and I loved them on her, as well.
They shipped within 10 days from the ordering date and they were inside a gorgeous, map-printed hard case which is so pretty as well. With the glasses, came an additional case, a soft black sack imprinted with the Firmoo Logo, a soft cloth to wipe them with and even a little screw-driver. They carefully thought of everything. It was a pretty package and I am glad that my Pretty New Glasses were so nicely-protected as well. Well, fast-forward to April 2015 and I finally got to see them in person. I am so glad I loved them live and I loved them on me, even more than I did online. They are such gorgeous frames and they are pretty classic too. They are also slightly nerdy, not that I am really much of a nerd but I do like this style when it comes to Prescription-looking Glasses. I have worn them 4 times since then and received compliments each time. Thanks again, so very much to firmoo.com for this opportunity and also for the friendly, wonderful service I received throughout the entire process. I couldn't have been happier.
I know this outfit feels more Autumn-like than Spring-like with the shades of Burgundy, Black and Cognac but it was perfect for the cool day I wore it (both to work and running errands) and this cardigan complimented the dark burgundy frame of the glasses perfectly well. I also love how the Belt and Boots mix+match together in the variable shades of brown and the fun buckles they each have. One of the current prompts from the Create 28 Challenge with Carrie is Earth Day (tomorrow, if I am not mistaken). The colors of this outfit and this entire look feels pretty earthy to me. I am not skipping Graphic Tees though - you will see one on my next post. Last but not least, I finally showed an outfit featuring these Booties I chose as part of my Top 10 items for Sarah's Challenge. What do you think of this Outfit and how do you like my New Firmo Glasses (on me)? Do you own a pair of Firmo Glasses yet? I definitely highly recommend them. I plan on ordering more from them, in the future.
Burgundy Frame, Non-prescription, Nerd Glasses: c/o Firmoo.com (identical in Burgundy C2), (I also love these in patternthese in black/red and these in black/clear).
Dark Burgundy/Bourdeaux Long-Sleeve, Crew-neck Cardigan w/ Little Ruffles on the front: Piazza Italia (similar by YSL, Splurge, love this), (similar by WHBM, best deal, love this), (grandpa style in merino wool option by J.Crew, comes in a few colors, great deal, love this).
Metallic Stretchy, Gold Bracelet w/ Silver Pave Butterfly: A Local Boutique (New) (similar in rose gold w/ pave butterfly, great deal, love this), (similar dainty gold w/ butterfly by Gorjana).

P.S. Also linking up with Alice, Allison, Ayana, Brooke, Carrie with Jill, Elle with Jacqueline, Elizabeth, Leeanne, Liz, Linda,

Note: I was provided the glasses for free by Firmoo. All the opinions on this post are my own and I wasn't compensated to write this post. Thank you.
