Valentine's Weekend Recap.

Happy last Monday of February You All! Did you watch the Oscars? I haven't but I plan on watching the red carpet events soon. Today's post is a little recap of last weekend, Valentine's 2015 weekend. The weather ended up being so nice, especially on Saturday and Sunday and we took that opportunity to spend some time outside and even go for a walk+lunch by the sea and Vivian loved it. Below are some photos freom last weekend's activities. Ohh, we did go to a couple of Birthday Parties, also.

Friday February 13th PM.
As you can tell from the first photo below, it is a celebration! We went to celebrate a little girl's 1st Birthday. My daughter loves Balloons and she loves Mickey and Minnie Mousse. Come to think of it, her Polka Dot Sweater Dress is a little Minnie Mousse-inspired lol.
A sneak peek into what I wore (for the first Kid's Birthday Party of the weekend). I will share this look with you, in the next few days. Stay tuned.
Here is my daughter Vivian and the little Birthday Girl Alina who is learning to walk. What a difference a year makes, hmm? And below is Alina's little present from Vivian and I.

Saturday February 14th AM.
I started off Saturday going to the office for an hour or so to do some things and then I went and bought some flowers for the hubby (just a little bouquet - which you can see below) and a red heart-shaped balloon for Vivian. I wore a Comy Gray Sweatshirt with a Heart across it.
The small little bouquet I bought for my love. We decided to keep it low-key and cheap this Valentine's, especially since February was a month where I had to go to several Birthday Parties and that was costly.

Saturday February 14th PM.
Later that day, around 6.00 PM, we went to the second kid's Birthday Party of the weekend. This time it was a 2nd Birthday Party for a little boy named Rei. He is the son of one of my best friends and it was such a beautiful party as you will see from the photos below.
Here is Vivian's Heart-shaped Balloon and her Beautiful Red Valentine's Dress by H&M.
This little custom-made tee is one of the gifts for the Birthday Boy. I just love the bow on it. And below it is the card I hand-made which came out so cute!
My little girl having a lot of fun at Rei's 2nd Birthday Party.
The food, cake and decor at Rei's 2nd Birthday Party were all so pretty and yummy. It was car-themed. Red and Yellow were the main colors, also. His mamma did a great job thinking of the theme and organizing the event.
And finally with the (tired) Birthday Boy and his Mommy.

Sunday February 15th.
Then on Sunday, as a spur-of-the-moment thing, my husband and his family (my in-laws) decided to drive to the Adriatic Sea for a little coffee and light lunch since it was in the 50s and the sun was out, bright and shining. Vivian slept all the way there and back. The traffic was crazy-busy because a lot of people thought the same thing and drove to the beach. It took us about 90 minutes to get there and 6 people in a little car was a little tiresone, but it was worth it.
We love the sea. This is the Adriatic Sea by the way and we are lucky enough to live an hour away from it.
Vivian remembered the sea from where we vacationed there last, in September 2014. She kept calling it "deti, deti" which means "sea" in Albanian. We are raising her to be bi-lingual, by the way.
A couple of last photos of the two of us by the sea. The sun was blinding as you can tell.

P.S. Linking up with Cherrie, Claire, Erin, Good Random Fun, Kristin, Rachel and  Zaz.
I have a great last week of Outfits planned this week, where I will be showing you some outfits from Valentine's Day Weekend also and a little more Red and Pink to end the month with. Also, I am co-hosting with Angele this Tuesday so come link up with us! Thank you.
