New Year's Eve Black Glamour.

Happy Last Wednesday of 2014 and Happy New Year's Eve! What are you planning to do tonight and most importantly what are you wearing? My NY Eve will be simple. My in-laws are cooking and we are invited. I will bring some guacamole, a salad - I am known for my salads - and some red wine of course. I make no promises if I will stay up past midnight though. And as planned, I will be wearing a Festive Sweater and/or some Plaid, or both. I need to stay warm and cozy since this week we have had the lowest temperatures so far this Winter (below 0 in Celsius) and I am feeling ill after all.
So, this is not what I am wearing this New Year's Eve as I said. But it is definitely a New Year's Eve type of Outfit: Dressy yet a little Edgy and Sexy. At first glance it looks like I have on a LBD however I have on a Skirt and a Sweater (layered with a Camisole underneath) instead. And for the first time I am trying OTK Socks, paired over some Black/Magenta Tights because it has been cold. The texture on the Socks is Square Plaid which matches the Plaid on the Tights (it wasn't intentional). Since I wore this Outfit a few days ago for a Cocktail+Appetizers Girls' Night Out at a fun place (to celebrate the Holidays of course), I added my fun Retro Clutch, a stack of Bracelets, a Cocktail Ring and some Rose Stud Earrings. It is hard to tell but the Sweater has little Black Beading around the Neckline and Sleeves. It ended up being a Fun, Sassy little Outfit and all 5 of my Girlfriends said I looked great so I was happy. Hubby liked it also. What do you think? Speaking of Fun, NY Eve, all-black Outfits check out my friend Linda's Outfit today. Her Outfit also has some fun rocker elements while still being dressy!

Black, Seamless, Nylon-Stretch Camisole: White House Black Market (identical, this year's version by WHBM), (similar w/ ruching by WHBM, best deal), (similar, Tibi's signature silk cami).
