Casual LBD Times Two and Smiley Pigtails.
I don't wear Black very often but I should, because it is the color that defines Class, Sophistication and Sex Appeal at the same time. plus it slims one down. I do own a lot of Black Clothing including many Little Black Dresses, I just need to remind myself to wear this color I guess. For today's post I decided to no longer neglect this little black number. It is a very pretty casual LBD. It is a halter style, it has pretty draping, it has a built-in skirt underneath it too, which at this length, makes me feel more comfortable when wearing it. And so I did wear it, two days in a row even, oops!! And I am not sorry!!
The first time I paired it with my Bronze Metallic Gladiator Sandals, a matching Bronze Owl Brooch, some Light Dangly Earrings and Crimson Lips. The next day I put my hair up in a bun, added my Raspberry Beaded Necklace and Matching Earrings and wore my Black Tory Burch look-alike Sandals. The first day when I was shooting the pictures, Vivian wanted to jump in on the fun, so since my husband was there I told him to snap some pictures of the two of us and they came out looking so cute because she was smiling and happy. But when we snap pictures just the two of us using the timer, it is hard these days to keep her sitting still or smile. But when daddy takes the pictures rather than putting the timer on, she is all smiles and happy. Silly girl! So, which is your favorite way I styled my LBD today? Below, I linked up 3 similar tank-top, racer-back style Little Black Dresses, all very pretty and versatile and each one under 75 bucks. You are welcome. =) I wouldn't mind owning another one, perhaps the one in the Midi length.

Oooh the LBD! Every lady must have at least two in the closet, just because! These were great choices and feeling the accessories.

I really try to stay away from too much black, because at one time in my life I was wearing TOO much black and grey!! Now, I love to have a couple of black dresses in my closet for when I may be going somewhere fancy in the evening. I really love this dress with the gladiator sandals and how neat that it has pockets, too! It seems pockets in dresses are becoming more and more popular!
ReplyDeleteAww, I love when Vivian makes an appearance on the blog! She is too adorable! You are looking hawtttt mama! Love that black dress!

Then you should wear black more often. I would vote the one with your hair-do.
