6 of 30: Black Shirtdress with Coral Cardigan, Striped Tights and Cognac Accessories.

Another quick little post for you today. It has been a rough night. Ahhhh I hate when Vivian gets sick - it breaks my heart. =( Thank you to those of you who were concerned and sent some positive juju my way. Much appreciated. =)

I am finally wearing one of the 2 Dresses I included in my 30 for 30 challenge. The other one (the Striped one) will be seen in the next 2nd post (I hope that makes sense LOL.) I had to wear Tights again because it was cold and my Black Shirt-dress has elbow sleeves. I added the 3/4-sleeve Coral Cardigan for some warmth. My Striped Knit Tights were worn previously in a more Winter Dress Outfit. I think they work well with the Coral on top and the Cognac Boots, since they have Cognac, Gray & Bordeaux Stripes. What do you think?
Pros: You can't go wrong with a Classic Black Shirt-dress. This one is Ponte (even better) and it is from White House Black Market. They make some of the Best Dresses.
Cons: Despite the shot of Coral, this is rather a Wintery Outfit for early April, but it was cold and rainy damn it. I'd much rather wear it without Tights and my Leopard Ballet Flats.

  1. the tights are a fun addition to the outfit.

  2. I definitely think you should wear this again once it warms up without tights and your leopard flats, it'll be so cute! I do really like the pink with the black dress here, cute!

  3. Omg those tights! They're so flattering and pretty. I love how they're a statement with stripes, yet are subdued by the muted color palette. This is such a pretty look! Thanks again for stopping by my blog; it is so nice to meet you!

  4. Totally cute outfit! The patterned tights are my favorite. Thanks for stopping by my blog! Sorry if it looked really weird. I'm in the middle of redesigning it. You comments made my day. :D

  6. The striped tights are too fun!

  7. Great dress! Love that it's ponte. It looks so cute with the coral cardigan and riding boots.

  8. Great color cardigan! I love it with the cognac belt! That is a great dress and super versatile. Hopefully you get to wear it with flats soon! Darn cold rainy days!

  9. Love the pink sweater, and those stripes tights are so cute!

  10. The striped tights are a fashion statement on their own . What a great way to add flavour to an outfit.

  11. I agree that a black shirt dress is a classic piece, Ada! I like you how added the striped tights--they are a great way to add both warmth and color. =)

I hope you are having a great week so far!
