The 6 Remix: Black+White, Geometric-Print Pants - Winter Edition.

TGIF Ladies (and Gentlemen?!). Are there any guys who read this blog? You never know. Every month on the 6th I am going to remix my closet, according to the season that month falls on. I will either choose 6 articles of clothing (excluding Shoes or Accessories) that I will wear together into 6 outfits, or chose 1 item & remix it into 6 different outfits. Last month due to traveling I had INGE do the 6 Remix for me. She did an excellent job of creating some Nice, Versatile, Casual Outfits. You can read that post here.

The 6 Remix: Black+White, Geometric-Print Pants - Winter Edition.
(To make the collage bigger, just click on the picture, to see each outfit side by side.)

This month I am remixing my Black+White, Geometric-Print Pants by H+M that I purchased about 3 weeks ago. I have worn these Pants 6 times so far since I purchased them for $30. These are all Outfits I have actually worn in real life over the course of the last 3 weeks, including one today. I wanted some Geomteric-Print or Window-Pane B+W Pants really bad and I am glad to have found these. They fit fabulously and who knew they could be so versatile? For now I have layered them and mixed them with other prints. I have tried them with Sweaters, Cardigans, Chambray Shirts, Scarves and Necklaces. I have paired them with Boots, Boat Shoes, Oxford Shoes, Sneakers & Open-Toe Pumps. These Pants are truly Great and I cannot wait to wear them more and more again. Also, I plan on doing a Spring Remix with them. Below, is each Outfit on detail. =) Thank you for reading! I'd appreciate your thoughts on this remix.

1. With a Thick Brown Cardigan, Light Chambray Shirt and Rain Boots.
This was the first time I wore these Pants layered with my Light-Colored Chambray Shirt, a Cozy, Thick Brown Cardigan and my Brownish-Black, Faux Fur-trimmed Rain Boots (since it was rainy). I color-coordinated with Brown Drop Earrings and added another Earthy Color in the mix, since for the first time I am wearing this Forest Green Necklace by Francesca's. Definitely a warm outfit for a cold day.
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Chocolate-Brown, Wool, Basket-Weave Knit Cardigan w/ Large Buttons: The Limited.
Light Chambray Button-Down Shirt w/ Chest Pockets: Meijer's (New).
Gold Chain, Statement Necklace w/ Forest Green, Teardrop Stones: Francesca's Collection (New).
Brown/Smoke Watercolor, Globe, Drop Earrings: A Local Boutique.
Charcoal Gray, Quilted & Rubber, Lace-up Rain Boots: Costco.

2. With a Cream Sweater, Polka Dot Chambray and Boat Shoes.
This Outfit is mostly Black+White but there is some small Print-Mixing between the Pants, Chambray Shirt & Shoes. That Collar also brings an additional color in: Blue. Another Color I added was the Magenta (Statement Necklace & Matching Earrings). This is the first time you see the Boat Shoes on the blog, though I have worn them a few times. They were purchased in US back in October and I wore them for the first time on my flight back to Europe. They are Beautiful & Comfortable. Plus, Leopard makes everything better and I believe it to be a Neutral.
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Cream/Ivory, Wool-blend, Crew-neck, "Paris" Graphic Sweater: Marshalls (New).
Deep Blue, Long-Sleeve, Button-Down, Chambray Shirt: Meijer's (New).
Magenta, Large-Beaded, Plastic Necklace & Matching Magenta, Large-Beaded, Plastic Drop Earrings: A Local Boutique.
Metallic, Multi-Colored, Woven Bracelet: Koton (New).
Gold, Leather Headband w/ Skinny Side Bow: J.Crew.
Black+Leopard, Suede Leather, Boat Shoes w/ Laces: Sperry's (New).

3. With a Black+White Polka Dot Tee, Tweedy Open Cardigan and Oxfords.
This Outfit is a Black+White Monochrome Look which happens to be my Favorite, Classic Color Combination. There is something Graphic about this between the Squares, Circles and Diamonds. The Oxfords make it Urban, Uptown-Chic. And I love the Sleeve Layering. Perhaps I should have layered some Pearl Necklaces though. What do you think?
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Black+White, 100% Cotton, Open-Knit, Cozy, Flyaway Cardigan: Express.
Black w/ White Polka Dots, Long-Sleeve, Crew-neck Tee: Old Navy (New).
Brown/Smoke Watercolor, Globe, Drop Earrings: A Local Boutique.
Black & Dark Blue, Patent Leather Oxford Shoes: Simple Shoes.

4. With a Black, Light Sweater, Red Statement Necklace and Fancy Bow Pumps.
I wanted to have a Holiday Look in this remix so this is what I wore to a Moms+Kids Neighborhood Christmas Party I attended with my Vivian. My New Gorgeous Briolette Necklace and Lace Bow Pumps which are Fancy with the Satin & Lace, definitely make this Outfit quite Dressy. This is pretty much a Monochromatic Look but the Red adds one of the Holiday Colors to the Ensemble.
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Black, 3/4-Sleeve, Crew-neck, Ribbed /Cable Knit, Soft Sweater: The Limited.
Red, Briolette, Bib, Statement Necklace: E-Bay (New).
Dark Red, Sparkly, Globe, Drop Earrings: c/o Parfois (New).
Silver, Black + Red, Thin, Stretchy, Rhinestone Bracelets (purchased together as a set of 4): White House Black Market.
Black Satin & Floral Lace, Bow, Open-toe Pumps: Payless.

5. With a Royal Blue Sweater Dress, Leopard Infinity Scarf and Brown Sneakers.
This was one of those Looks I had never tried before. I see so many ladies wear their Short Dresses or Sweater Dresses over Skinny Pants. This is my first time doing it. For the most part I like it. I wore the Sneakers on purpose to keep it Casual and have the Brown pick up one of the Colors of the Scarf. Next time, I think I would wear some Ballet Flats, Riding Boots or even Heels when I pair a Sweater Dress with Pants.
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Royal Blue, Ruched Sweater Dress: Express.
Red, Black & Brown, Light Linen, Leopard Infinity Scarf: The Limited.
Royal Blue, Sparkly, Globe, Drop Earrings: c/o Parfois (New).
Brown & Beige, Micro-Suede Sneakers: Payless.

6. With a Magenta Tee, Gray Fleece Jacket and Purple Floral Scarf.
This Outfit layers a Long-Sleeve, Crew-neck Tee with my Gray Fleece Jacket. I added a Purple Floral Scarf that goes with the Tee. The Studded Brown Boots add more Texture and Color. A very Simple, Layered Look.
Black+White, Geometric-Print, Skinny Pants: Divided by H&M (New).
Gray, Zippered, Fleece Jacket: Aeropostale.
Magenta, Crew-neck, Long-Sleeve, Nylon-Stretch Tee: White House Black Market.
Purple, Floral, Light Linen Scarf w/ Pom Poms: An Art Fair.
Brown/Smoke Watercolor, Globe, Drop Earrings: A Local Boutique.
Smoke Gray & Olive, Plastic Frame Sunglasses: Gucci (Gifted).
Camel/Cognac, Faux Leather Suede Boots w/ Bronze Studs & Grommets: DSW (New).

So, which are your 2-3 Favorite Outfits here and why? I like Looks 2, 3 & 4 the most. =)
