Preppy Country Club Gal celebrating Vivian being 8 Months Old!!
Before I get to today's post I wanted to Thank ALL of you who stopped by my blog today and showed lots of Love, Support, Likes, Compliments & Positive Feedback in regards to my Pencil Skirt & Graphic Tee Outfit. You know how to make a New Mom, Happy. I am not gonna lie, I did feel Awesome in that Outfit but you ladies made me feel like a Million Bucks. Thank you so much for linking up with my first ever link-up, doing co-hosting duties with Agnes. =) And, I just finished watching an episode of Project Runaway (My Favorite Show) where today they showed regular gals who were super fans getting make-overs and getting done, looking and feeling like a million bucks. That is EXACTLY how all of you made me feel - so sweet. Thanks Again. Who watches Project Runaway by the way? Who do you think is going to take home the whole thing? I am a huge fan of Kate, Dom & Helen - Girl Power!!
Moving on to today's Outfit. I am calling it Preppy Country Club Gal because Khaki Shorts (mine have Embroidery on them), Linen, Button-Downs and Argyle are definitely Preppy and Country Club-ish, not? I figured I should use up the Sunny Days and still wear Shorts when I can. As you can tell it was Warm enough & Pretty Sunny. You get an Outdoors Location today. =) This is so different from yesterday's Outfit. We cannot be Sexy and wear Chic Pencil Skirts every day. Both Outfits are still 100% me. They both have lots of Color & Detail. The Shorts have Hot Pink Flamingos embroided on them and the Shirt has a tiny flower embroided on the left side of the chest. And, as you have seen I have been wearing these Neon Pink, Jelly, Bow Sandals a lot this Summer, especially lately. They are comfy, cute, bright & girly. I think they were my favorite Shoes to wear this Summer along-side the Turquoise Peep-Toe Sandals like worn here. I will be showing you lots more Shorts this weekend and next week, with a Special Post on Monday. Stay Tuned.

Also, today was Vivian's 8 Month Birthday.Thank you to everyone who wished me, for her. I cannot believe 8 months have gone since that early Saturday morning in January, when my Beautiful Baby Girl came to life. She has made me one Happy Woman and given me the title of MOM! I haven't done her monthly updates since she turned 6 months old. The reason I am super behind is because there have been too many photos to edit and they are taken with 3 different cameras (mine, my mom's & my brother's). Anyway, I am hoping to give you her 7-month post update on Saturday. In Honor of her Birthday I wanted to share 2 Beautiful Shots from her August Birthdate as well as her September Birthdate. Enjoy!!
Yes, she gets to wear a New Dress every month on her Birth-date with Cute Shoes & Headbands, of course. =)
P.S. I am linking this post with the following Babes. Enjoy the Weekend, Ladies!!
Vivian is so adorable. It so hard to believe she already 8 months old. Pretty soon you will be planning her birthday party for 1 year.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great weekend
I know. 8+ months went by super fast. Her 1st year birthday is coming up, after the holidays.
DeleteAww pretty girl, Viv's always got the cutest little outfits. I watch project runway but I'm like 4 episodes behind this season! I like the khaki shorts and button-down look today!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Inge. You are so sweet to us. There are super cute clothes for baby girls out there. And yes, catch up on Project Runway girl. ;-)

DeleteVery preppy indeed. I love those shorts. I have the ones with the sailboats and feel very preppy in mine. Vivian's dress in her 8 month photo is absolutely adorable!
ReplyDeleteI think I have the ones with sail-boats too. I am not 100% sure since I got so many of the embroided nautical shorts. LOL
