Suited for Neon.

I was upset when I found out kind of late that the Lovely Laura in collaboration with Enchanting Erin had a link-up going on where the 1st week they had everyone wear Mint. I was upset because 1. I LOVE MINT. 2. I PURCHASED A NEW, PRETTY, MINTY TOP & 3. I LOVE FUN LINK-UPS especially ones that are a FASHION CHALLENGE. It looks like this will be something new going on each week - a new trend, a new item so I am stoked to see what it will be & hopefully participate each week.

This week, they are challenging us to wear Neon. Say no more, I am there. I love little pops of Neon be it Yellow, Lime, Pink or Blue. But I also love it in bigger doses or even head to toe (like in my case). It can look Cool, Fun, Summery, Bright & Refreshing. I am faking a Shorts' Suit with my Express Shorts & The Limited Blazer (love the Short Sleeves) in Citrusy Lemon. As if that wasn't enough Yellow for you, I am even wearing Bright Yellow Loafers & my New Spike Bracelets are both Neon: one is Yellow & the other is Rainbow, Fun! I added some Baby Blue also, through my Glass Bead Necklace  I have been drawn to Yellow a lot lately, have been wearing my Yellow Clothing & even added some new items in the Color of the Sun. Linked here is another Neon Look worn a couple of months ago (when it first started to warm up, outside) which I loved & seemed like you ladies did as well. =)

This is the first time in this blog, I have ever worn/shown really short Shorts. I specifically wore this Outfit yesterday (out & about too) keeping the Neon Challenge in mind. =) Do I look OK in such Shorts, 4 and a half months after giving birth? (Say the Truth). What do you think of this Outfit? Is it Cute or too much Yellow? Doesn't it look like a little Casual Suit from first glance? I appreciate all your opinions on this. Thanks. Do not forget to start following My Blog (all of you who read it occasionally). I am going to have my first giveaway at 200 Readers and it will be a GOOD ONE. Thanks to everyone who reads & comments this little blog of mine.

    1. Awww. Thanks so much. I was a little self-conscious in this, not just because I am wearing Short Shorts but also because I was wearing Bright Neon Yellow head to toe. I could have not been missed in a crowd that's for sure. I adore that Pic of Vivian, too.

  7. The shorts look great! I think flats or sandals like you have on definitely balance out a shorter hem!

    1. I agree, for casual days flats balance out short hems. If I want to feel sexy & be risque, definitely heels.
