Week's Best Looks: May 19th 2013.

Guys, this 'show' has been done a little different the last couple of weeks due to first My Birthday & then Mother's Day but here I am 3 weeks later with an Original Week's Best Looks. This week we have a lot of Maxis, both in Skirts & Dresses. Another thing we are seeing a lot this week is Cropped Pants as well as White Pants. Labor Day is almost here after all. We also have lots of Pencil Skirts, especially Blue ones. Speaking of Blue, it is the Big Color this week with its sister color Teal. But we also have plenty of Coral & Raspberry Red. And Black makes a return this week, you will see lots of Black pieces from Tops to Pants. Patterns are being mixed but we mostly see Stripes & Polka Dots (especially in Skirts), some Sequins, a couple of Ethnic/Tribal Prints & some Animal Print, as well as some Rainbow Chevron Stripes making up a Fun Cocktail Dress. Lastly, we see some Tropical Floral Prints that make us think of Hawaii. Our ladies are keeping their wrists full of Fun Bracelets, Bangles & Cuffs, with charms & mostly in Gold tones. In other Accessories we have a few Famous Bubble Necklaces & lots of Colorful Gemstone Crystal Necklaces & Earrings. Purses are either Large Leather Handbags or Fun Summery Clutches. Lots of Wedges & Sandals this week, especially in Black & Cognac Colors. Also we see many Belts, especially Skinny ones. Last but not least we have a Floppy Summer Hat & two Straw Fedoras with a Black Ribbon both of which are worn with 2 Summer Dresses. As far as names go, this week we have 3 Lauren(s) plus 3 Jessica(s), 2 Heather(s) - both of which had 2 Great Looks that I loved this week, 2 Katie(s) & 2 Megan(s). While a few weeks back I welcomed 14 ladies in this Feature, today I also welcome 14 Bloggers here. As usual, I would love for you to link back to this post if one or several of your looks are featured. Thanks so much. It is the kind thing to do. =)

Kacie feels Tropical in her Leaf Mustard Shorts paired with a Skinny Leopard Belt, a Loose, Black Blouse, Dainty Black Necklace, Cognac Clogs & Faux Alligator, Taupe Purse.
Hannah is also Loving & Trending on a Maxi Skirt. Hers is Red paired with a Black Blouse & made Sexy with Black+White Stilettos.
Londyn calls this Outfit Summer Business but to me is Fun & Girly. The Dark Printed Dress is feminized with a Hot Pink Belt & sexified with Black, Strappy Stilettos. For some Work Appeal however, she adds a Beige Blazer.
Heather' 1st Outfit is this Fabulous, Ash Gray Dress in a Lovely Waffle Knit worn with Leopard Wedges, a Long Pendant Tortoise Necklace & Black Sunglasses that frame her face well.
Heather's 2nd Outfit mixes a Teal-Blue, Embroided Tunic Top with Graphic Blue+White Crops from The Limited (My Favorite Store) in a Small Print. Her Beige Peep-Toe Pumps are Hot!
Jill has the Flower Power in a Zara Ensemble made up of a Floral Blazer, White Tee, Dark Jeans, Fabulous Black+Tan Flat Sandals & just-as-Fabulous, Olive Green Cross-body Bag. Definitely a Chic Mom Look!

Shanna's Tropical Dress is both a Maxi & Hi-Lo Style. She wears it Casually Cool with a Fedora & the Popular Cognac+Gold Glitter Sandals by Target.
Inge's Pink+Red, Candy-Stripe Pencil Skirt is Lovely paired with the White Lace Top (both pieces by The Limited). She keeps her toes comfortable by wearing her Nude Flats.
Heather's 1st Outfit mixes her New Floral Blouse (which I love) with a Gorgeous Blue Ombre, Full Skirt.
Heather's 2nd Outfit takes Inspiration from the street turning it into a Real Business Woman & Mom Style mixing Teal Blue with Lavender in this Fresh Color-blocked Look that is 100% Elegant!
Meghan wears her Navy Pants that have the tiniest Polka Dots with all Neon Pink: Button-down, Sweater, Clutch. Adding Nude Pumps, a Chain Link Bracelet & a Gold Watch to complete it off.
Misty's Navy T-Shirt Dress keeps her Cool, Casual & Stylish all at once paired with some large Sunglasses, a Wide Belt & some Awesome Sandals.
Star's Baby Blue Dress is a Shirt-dress Style (which I love), mixing a Print with a Solid & has a Retro feel to it. I love it paired with the Dark Brown Oxford Shoes.
Amber has on a Gorgeous White Blouse w/ Black Piping paired with Black Jeans & a Fabulous Gemstone Crystal Necklace with Bold Colored Gems.
Andrea is one Chic Momma in her White Crops, Turquoise Blouse with 3/4 Sleeves, Nude Pumps & White Bubble Necklace. Her hair is Pulled Back Stylishly in a Sock Bun.
Lauren takes her Cream Dress for a spin mixed with Cognac Wedges, a Gorgeous Teal-Blue Handbag, Pretty, Paisley, Sky Blue Scarf & some Fun Jewelry: Big Blue Stone Cocktail Ring, Eiffel Tower Charm Bracelet, Pearl Bracelet & Gold Watch.
Tunde makes her Camouflage Skinnies work for her in a Girly Style by mixing them with both an Ivory Lace Blouse & Coral Tank. As always she has on some Great Ballet Flats.
Jessica feels Unsexy in this Coral, Lace, Mini Skirt (which is anything but), White Blouse & White Blazer. To me she is Elegant, Chic, Sexy, Crisp & Feminine in this getup accessorized with a Gold Clutch.
Tamara is My New Blogger Crush who looks Fantabulous (her words) in this 1st Outfit where she mixes a Black+White Polka Dot Pencil Skirt and Black+White Stripe Cardi, with a Soft Lavender Ruffly Shell, Lavender Skinny Belt, Lavender/Pearls Crystal Necklace & Gorgeous Pink Floral Stilettos. 2nd Outfit is an Oscar De la Renta inspiration mixing those same Floral Pumps with a Cobalt Pencil Skirt, Hot Pink Cardi, another Gorgeous Crystal Necklace & Soft Pink Bloom on her Raven Hair.
Lindsey does another Fabulous turn in a Thrifty Retro, Beige Shirtdress w/ Cargo Pockets, paired with a Retro Floral Headband & Baby Blue Wedges. Adding to the Girly factor are a pair of Circle Dangly Earrings.
Chelsea calls this Summery getup Lemon with Grapefruit. I love her Girly, Strapless Grapefruit Sundress paired with the Chic, Lemon, Cross-body Bag & Fun Straw Fedora. Her Skull Twisted Bracelets are so Fun.
Tori's Beautiful Maxi Dress by Target features things I love: Floral, Stripes & the Color Aqua/Mint.
Tara's 1st Outfit has Navy/White Dots on the Cardigan as well as on the Pants. She makes it Girly though Preppy with her Pink/Ivory Floral Scarf & Gorgeous Hot Pink Boat Shoes. Love her Purse.
Tara's 2nd Outfit mixes a Girly, Key-Print, Blue, A-Line Skirt with a Polka Dot Chambray Dressed Up with a Gorgeous Lavender Necklace.
Agnes is wearing My Favorite Thing of the Moment - a Black Shirt-dress & inspiring me to wear mine as well. She makes it work-appropriate with Aldo Wedges, J Crew Purse plus Fun Chain-Link, Gold Jewelry & Electric Blue Nails.
Lorena's Beautiful Color-blocked Dress is all kinds of Blue. I love it. Her Straw Teal-Blue Bag is just as nice. I am also loving her Hair down swept by the wind.
Jessica wears a Beautiful, Pleated, Mint Maxi Skirt with a Gingham Shirt, adding a Long, Colorful, Gemstone Necklace & Earrings, looking so Girly.
Laura's Mother's Day Getup involves a Girly Print (Skirt) + Mint (Blouse) worn with another Print in a Pink/Lavender Colorful (Scarf).
Katie wears her Pastel Printed Denim with an Ivory Peplum Top, Gorgeous Colorful Mint/Coral Crystal Necklace, a Silver Crystal Bracelet & her Stunning Gold+Tan, Glitter Bow Flats.

This Week's Best/Most Favorite Outfit is MOLLY of Stilettos and Diapers.
She is calling this Outfit "Navy Loves Yellow" and I agree with her 100%. This Gorgeous Nautical-Inspired White+Navy, Halter-Style Dress w/ a Fun Ruffle cascading down the front is Crisp, Chic & Elegant paired with the Classic White Blazer. But it is her Accessories that make it more Fun & Girly & add to the Nautical theme: Fun Gold Bracelets including an Anchor one, Large Fabulous Sunglasses, Cognac Ostrich Purse & Simply Gorgeous Yellow Stilettos. She looks Stunning Head to Heel!

Best Dressed this week is CHRISTINA of Simple Easy Style whose choice of Shorts, Black & Cognac Sandals, Beautiful Ivory Clutch, Classic Black Blazer & multiple uses of the Color Coral, as well as that Fabulous Retro Sheath, had me at hello. All of these Outfits prove that she does indeed have Simple, Easy Style & looks Terrific in all these Simple, Easy (and Colorful) pieces.
From Left to Right, Top to Bottom.
This Geometric Print, Coral Dress Outfit was the result of an impulse purchase but the Dress is so Pretty & Sophisticated, I get it. In her Blog she pairs it with a Classic Black Blazer by one of her Favorite Fashion Icons, Lauren Conrad.
The Coral Jeans Outfit was indeed inspired by Lauren Conrad. Paired with a Sheer, Off-White Blouse, Gorgeous Woven Clutch & Stunning Cognac Wedges she looks Chic yet Sexy.
1st pair of Shorts are White and they look Incredibly Cute paired with Black & Royal Blue. The Awesome Bronze Bag by Francesca & Gorgeous T-Strap Cognac/Gold Stilettos are great with this outfit.
Obsession over this Coral Maxi is definitely excused. It looks Lovely with a Plain White, V-Neck Tee. The Slouchy Bag, Woven Belt, Chain Necklace & Black Wedges are great extras to complete it.
This Girly Little White Dress is from Old Navy, so Cute, so Pretty with the Lace detail & it looks so expensive too, like something from J Crew. She smartly paired it with a Popular Denim Vest & Booties for some Country flair.
The Blue Print Shorts & Coral Sleeveless Shirt look so Chic together & make an unexpected Beautiful Color Combination. Once again Christina adds her Ivory Clutch & Cognac Wedges.
The last pair of Shorts are of an Ethnic Print & once again remixed with her Favorite Black Blazer & Black Flat Sandals. Loving the Coral Bubble Necklace & Classic Gold Watch with this.

My Own Best Looks of the Week (it's a Tie) between this Polka Dot Skirt and this Navy Metallic, Tweed Skirt. It seems like you My Readers/Followers also enjoyed both of this Looks & Liked these 2 Skirts the most out of all the ones I had for Skirts Week. Skirt Week continues Tomorrow with 2 New, Girly Short Skirts, never prior worn on the blog. =)
I like the 1st Outfit because I am wearing one of my Lovely Skirts that features Polka Dots and it is Classic, Elegant yet Girly & Fun. The Skirt is paired with a Purple Button-down and both pieces were neglected for far too long in my closet. I am glad I am wearing them and it seems like a lot of you like them paired together. I got many compliments on this outfit.
I like the 2nd Outfit because at first appearance it looks Black+White but there is some Navy & Silver in the mix too. The Skirt is Cute & Elegant, in a Tweed Metallic Pattern. And once again I am wearing Ballet Flats (this Black Pair is a Favorite of mine, because they are so Cute, Comfy & Versatile) and my hair is pulled back in a Low Bun.

SO WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK OF THIS WEEK'S LOOKS?

P.S. Today, I am also linking up with Leeann, Carissa and Logan.
