Cobalt and Oxblood.

Happy Post-Christmas Day. If I am not mistaken today is a big day for shopping and good deals at the stores. Any of you plan on spending some money on anything cute? Or perhaps you have a gift card or two, or a few, you got as a gift and are trying to spend? Ahhhhhh... I miss US sales but at the same time I know had I been there I would have spent a lot of $$ on December, on myself and the baby. So in a way it is better I am not. The sales in Albania are so minimal and barely exist. It sucks. And I am frugal, I rarely pay full price for anything. There are some items I MUST ADD to my closet which I also know I will use a lot next year with my style being a lot more casual, always carrying a baby with me wherever I am, and not working. I will talk about these must-add-to-my-closet items on a different post.

Today's outfit features two Off-the-Moment Colors: Oxblood & Cobalt Blue. I am actually titling this "Cobalt & Oxblood" and it actually rhymes LOL! I have this vest in a Dark Red too and wore it last year around the same time. Too bad I haven't used them more but I plan on wearing them a lot more often once I am done with work. They are by Armani Exchange and I purchased them for 70% OFF. Told you I love a good sale. =) I also got this shirt this year, about 6-7 weeks ago. It looks like a very light Chambray (an item I actually need to add to my closet). It is a Linen Blend material and it is in a very Light Sky Blue. I love the style of the button-down and the texture. I purchased it in a Medium because I wanted to wear it a couple of times while pregnant. But I also think this shirt is meant to be a little bit loose on, I'd prefer to wear it that way anyway. I can see styling it with a skinny belt (would look great with Cognac) & Oxford Shoes. What do you think?

  1. Great color pairing! I usually fight the crowds, but the only giftcards I got this year were food ones. So I saw a movie with my brother instead. Still very fun!
