Orange and Flowers.
Good morning. Ahhh it was so hard waking up this morning, I slept another 15 minutes past the alarm clock. I could have slept at least another couple of hours if you would have let me but I had to be at work bright and early. I am short on words today - probably because I am still a tiny sleepy - so I will describe and move on to the outfit, instead.
I love the color Orange and I need more of it in my closet actually. This tee is loose from the highest waist down, yet fits tighter on the right places (my chest), so it still shows my womanly figure while making room for my growing belly. I got it for dirt cheap at Banana Republic, on clearance. Love the soft and stretchy, light cotton/modal material too. I decided to do orange on my feet too by wearing my favorite sandals I purchased sometime in August. Orange aways pairs so well with khaki so wearing this skirt which is part of a suit was a great choice for the top. And you see more orange in my handbag, too, as well as my studs are a citrusy orange. Actually I kept 3 different shades of pastel between the light orange (earrings), lemon yellow (flower ring) and baby blue (necklace), as far as my jewels go. My hair looks a little frizzy because that is hair that has been photographed just a few hours after washing it. I need to find a good anti-friz serum or cream, any suggestions, ladies?

ReplyDeleteThank you beautiful pregnant lady. I must say: I love your blog!!
DeleteThanks Priscilla for the compliments and for following. =) I will return the favor. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteAda, I'm obviously behind on my blog-reading, but wanted to chime in and say that you look great in this outfit - very sexy mama!
ReplyDeleteI wasn't going for sexy but at 5 and a half months pregnant, I will take it. ;-) Thanks a lot.
DeleteLove Banana Republic stuff. It's always very cute and comfy. AS for anti-frizz, I like garnier smoothing milk or john frieda frizz-ease. I don't know if either are available where you are, but those are my favorite for taming frizz. Just put on damp hair! Also if you use a hair dryer, and can - stop! It takes awhile, but the heat makes the frizz worse.
ReplyDeleteYes BANANA has awesome stuff and when they do 2nd and 3rd markdowns even better. Their stuff is very quality-like.
DeleteThanks for the tips on the anti-frizz. I can get the John Frieda stuff from US to make sure is the right thing. I hate hair dryers but usually take my showers in the morning before work so a little drying is necessary. However if I can forgo it, I definitely do.
