Artsy Dots and Pastels.

Hello Girls & Happy Hump Day!! How are you all today? I woke up today and froze. It was quite cold for being mid May, in the late 40s to be exact. I wanted to wear boots but settled for semi-thick tights, a pencil skirt, oxford booties and a button-down blouse instead. Of course a jacket was needed for outside. However, the outfit I am wearing in today's post was during a warmer, more typical Spring Day and I called for Pastels. This skirt has a fun unique print. It looks like computer pixels in soft colors like baby pink, lavender, coral, yellow & ivory. I am calling these pixels "artsy dots" because they are such. =) The top is a soft cotton nude tee that comes with a removable flower pin which is beige with white polka dots. I just wish you could see the earrings better. They are light, dangly & girly. The 3 thin silver strands are shaped like a twisted pear and they have clear crystals and beige/nude pearls hanging from them.

3/4-Sleeve, Soft-Cotton Nude Tee w/ Floral Pin: Old Navy.
Pixel-Print Pastel, Pencil Skirt: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Pear-Shaped, Twisted Silver, Dangly, Beaded & Pearl Earrings: White House Black Market.
Black, Oval-Shaped Sunglasses: FREE (found them at the beach).
Olive Green, Mary Jane Pumps: Simple Shoes.

    1. Ann Taylor & Ann Taylor LOFT have great pencil skirts, always. But the prints of Ann Taylor Loft are usually cuter, whimsical and more girly. Their prices are friendlier for my pocket, too. ;-)
