Black Velvet Romper and Black Beret.

I am short on words and short on time today but I truly loved this head to toe black outfit I wore for a daytime event, for work, a couple of weeks ago. I styled this Wintery Velvet Romper which was gifted to me by a local boutique. I love the wrap style over the entire front. It looks like a mini skirt from the front. The neckline is pretty low-cut so I wore a nylon, lace-trimmed camisole underneath it. I have been doing a lot of head to toe black outfits lately and I love them for Winter. I 'brightened this up' with pops of color via the neon yellow of my Colorblocked Blanket Scarf/Wrap, the Pink Mirrored Sunnies, my Coral-Red Lipstick and the Bright Coral Snakeskin Clutch. I added some Classic Pearl Studs and a Simple but Classic Black French Beret and I was out of the door.

I love all the textures on this outfit: Simple and Comfortable Leather Booties, the Mini Flower Cut-Out Tights (new by Loft), the Ribbed Velvet Romper which is shimmery too, the Textured Snakeskin Clutch and the Felt Wool Beret.
