Mommy+Mini Easter: Bright and White.

Hard to believe that Easter is next Sunday. I have loved seeing different Easter options and outfits styled for Easter all over blogosphere this week and last week. Vivian and I are back at it together as a mommy and daughter duo styling two dresses that would be nice options for Easter. I went for a bright color - I love this shade of orange red. The color of my dress almost matches that of my pumps, perfectly. I purchased these D'Orsay Pumps last May and the dress I got in the Winter at Old Navy, it was laying on a hanger in the clearance aisle for 7 bucks. I paired it with a Dainty Gold-Tone,3-Strand Necklace that has these coin charms which are half in marble. The necklace arrived with these tiny Gold/Cubic Zirconia Studs in my latest Rocksbox. I did add a Bold Bracelet though. As far as a bag I am carrying a Blush Pink Clutch which I purchased with makeup around December at Ulta (from Bare Minerals).

Vivian on the other hand is wearing a White Dress (with touches of silver and some black in her outfit). The top of her dress is striped with shimmery silver stripes in a sweatshirt material, while the bottom is a tiered shimmery silver tulle skirt. Vivian wore her White Tights which have tiny black hearts on them and those hearts matched her Adorable Bow Flats beautifully. Since her outfit is neutral, we both chose this Purple Headband for her with an Oversized Bow which has white polka dots. Hope you liked our Easter-inspired outfits, today. Are you and your kids dressing up or dressing down for Easter?!

Vivian's Outfit:
White+Silver Sweatshirt Dress w/ Tulle Skirt: Target.
Lavender/Purple Grossgrain Ribbon Headband w/ Oversized Polka Dot Bow: c/o a Boutique in Albania.
White Nylon Tights w/ Black Heart Dots: Wal Mart (New).

Gold Tone Dainty Layer Circle Necklace in Gold+Howlite: Nakamol via Rocksbox (New) (similar, Huge Steal, love this), (similar, Steal), (similar, Fantastic Deal, my Favorite).
Gold-Tone+Cubic Zirconia Mini Circle "Maria" Studs w/ Chains: Sophie Harper via Rocksbox (New) (very similar, Steal), (similar, on Sale, my Favorite), (similar, Great Deal, love these).
Pale Nude/Glowing Gold Soft Shimmer Lipgloss: 'NAKED' by Urban Decay in "Walk of Shame" (identical, love it!), (very similar), (similar, Splurge).
Bright Coral/Orange Red Faux D'Orsay Pumps: Merona via Target (identical, Steal), (gorgeous scalloped option, on Sale, my Favorite), (similar w/ V-neck, Splurge, love these).

Vivian and I will be back with a couple more Easter looks next week and a week from today (next Wednesday) some other mammas and their babies are joining us with their Easter styles. Stay tuned beauties. =)

A new linkup will be live on Wed PM at 6.00 EST. Welcome!!

  8. Your dress is so cute, and such a bargain! :) We are so disorganised, I have no idea what we are doing for Easter. It depends on what happens at baby boy's upcoming specialist appointment next week I guess, how far we will be able to go from home.

    Thanks for the link up!

  10. Ada, I love the bright red/orange as an Easter dress! I never would have gone that route, but it is so good. I have the same dress (evidence that great minds share great style!), but I wore mine for Halloween! How funny is that? I will link up the post where I styled this dress! You both look perfect for Easter! Happy Spring!
