Wrapped in Silk Gold for My Wedding Anniversary.

Today's Dressed Up Look is from a month ago, back from June 19th 2015 when my husband and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We went for dinner to a local, semi-fancy Mexican Restaurant, very close to home. We left Vivi with my sister-in-law. I must say I loved what I am wearing. I shopped my closet where I found this gorgeous (ignored) Gold Babydoll Dress, the Leopard Clutch, and the Gold Watch.

This Dress, ahhh this dress. It is at least 6 or 7 years old. Back when Arden B. was a lot nicer and not teeny-booper like and when they had a large collection of special occasion and cocktail dresses, like mine. The material is 100% Silk Charmeuse. The Ivory part of the Dress is crushed velvet in burnt-out silk. I absolutey love the loose, halter, babydoll style. It has a very long sash that ties on the back, behind the neck, into a bow - which adds to the feminine appeal of the dress. I did some minor pattern-mixing with my Leopard Clutch and paired them both with my Lace+Silk, Bow Peep-Toe Heels. I added some Dainty Crystal Drop Earrings, a Few Bracelets and a Gold Watch. I also completely straightened out my hair. Did this Dress do justice to my 10th Anniversary Dinner or no?

These were our (large) appetizers after two small plates we had first. We also shared a big Ceasar Salad, an Entree and a Dessert. And yes beer isn't very fancy but we both opted for beer that night. We did have chocolate+strawberry cake with champagne the next day at our own home.
