Thursday Moda #135: 15 Shades of Pink.

Happy Thursday everyone! What are you up to this October?! Can you believe it that it is October because I can't. I continue posting Summer Outfits from days, afternoons and evenings I have spent going out with Vivian or with Viv and my mom. And this was from the very end of August on a very warm late afternoon/evening spent downtown Milford - a  town we all love so much and visit very often. The photos are not the best because they are taken with the phone and it was getting darker, but still. Read on below to see the details of our outfits.

15  Shades  of  Pink.
You all know that I love Loft so much and the last couple of years Loft and Target have gotten all of my $$ (though I have shopped a few other stores, too). The best thing about Loft - beside the styles, prints, material and quality of their clothes - is that they always have some type of coupon or sale going on and a lot of times you can even combine the two. I never ever pay full price for anything. This Beautiful Silk Light Pink Dress was purchased last Summer and I love the length of it as it is between a Midi and a Maxi. I am wearing a size S but wish I would have gotten the XS. I love the double-tiered cap sleeves and the large but subtle ruffle on the bottom. The little shimmery bracelets I am wearing can be worn as hair elastics too. They are in neutral shades (silver, blush pink and gold) and are by Francesca's. I love them and I wore them about 2 weeks straight as bracelets. But let's talk about Vivian's adorable Guitar-Print Dress for a moment. I love the Coral background with the colorful guitars and the asymmetric neckline. It looked adorable with those Lace-Trimmed White Socks and the Star-Print White Sneakers. Both her dress and Sneakers are from Target. I also love Viv's Mint Little Bunny Bag with tiny white plka dots (by Cat+Jack from Target). Between both of our dresses, Vivian's bow and hair clips, my sandals with a few different pink sequins, my lipstick, my earrings, my nail-polish, my bracelets, my blush-stone ring, my hot pink bag and the blush on my cheeks we got about 15 shades of pink that we are wearing today. I love that I kicked off this month sharing a Pink Dress since it is Breast Cancer Awareness month and I plan on wearing+sharing more pink outfits, this month, what about you?! Do you love easy-breezy maxi dresses (like mine) that you can dress up or down?! I also want to know how you spent Summer with your kids, what did you do?! Comment below. =))

She did this pose because she said she was a Music Conductor for an orchestra (since she is wearing a musical instrument dress).

You all agreed that I looked like a million bucks in my Sophisticated Birthday Outfit that I shared last week. You especially loved my culotte trousers. It was a great linkup day too with over 85 outfits being linked. My favorites this week are all very different and so put-together but I love them for different reasons. Make sure you link up again this week for a chance to be featured on my blog next week. Also, come back this Sunday for a new "The Sunday Showcase". I love what I am sharing for this month's showcase.

Anna shared a 'Transitional Dress' in a pumpkin shade, which is perfect for the season and this month particularly. I love the retro bag, classic embellished nude pumps and fun statement necklace.
Kim's 'Suede Mini Skirt' has Autumn written all over it. The style and light olive shade I love, especially pairing that color with leopard. Her bootie sandals are stunning, also.
Beautiful mama Elise is 'Swell in Pastels'. I am not shocked I loved this outfit since this January I wore one almost identical to it. It is a momiform for both Elise and I.
Live it to Jodie to 'Dress Up Joggers'. Her pinstriped pair are perfect for a chic+modern office especially with a stunning bow blouse. Great mix of patterns!
Glad to see my friend Whitney linking up again. In 'Gingham and Rose' she is comfortable and in style. Her dress is the cutest and I want those oversized leather earrings.
Nicole's Outfit has a lot of stylish 'Metal' mixed in with that amazing sequined black blazers. That is one way to dress up straight-leg blue jeans and I love it!

P.S. Don't miss my latest poem "You" written+posted yesterday. It will lift you up and be a reminder for those days you are feeling down or you don't think you can do something!
