Thursday Moda #98: Silver Stars, just like My Vivian.

Happy Thursday you all! I apologize you still see my Christmas tree - which in actuality I only took down on January 12th, a day before the entirely black outfit I posted yesterday. Sometimes I post my outfits not in chronological order. But I had to post the sexy+sleek black outfit yesterday because I wanted to be back with a bang. It seemed you all liked that outfit too and you are all amazed at how I find, beautiful, well-made, expensive-looking clothes at Target so I might do a "How to Shop at Target" mini series. Would you be interested?! Please let me know.

Anyhow, I had to have a Mommy+Mini post today with my little girl Vivian since this little doll of mine turns 5 tomorrow. Where did 5 years go?! Seriously!! As she gets older and understands more, she knows this is a big birthday. I am so happy for her but also a little sad because my little girl grows more each day. These photos didn't turn out the greatest as far as the lighting goes and I could have used a full face of makeup since you can tell I have been ill and I have dropey eyes in some pics. But I do like that we are sort of coordinating. I am wearing a Silky, Long-Sleeve Shirtdress which has these Navy+Baby Blue Stars and it is by Bebe, while Vivian is wearing her Winter White and Silver Sweater Dress with a Sparkly Silver Metallic Tutu Skirt, the same dress she wore on her actual birthday, to celebrate in, when she turned 3. My little girl is a peanut so the dress still fits her but we will be retiring it soon. For my first time ever wearing this Shirtdress and making it Winter-ready, I belted it with a Skinny Blush Pink Belt and wore my Diamond-Patterned Black Tights and Nude Canvas Sneakers with it. I have on some Small Gold-Tone Flower Earring Studs too and a Sparkly Black Elastic Skinny Headband. Vivian paired her dress with Navy Polka Dotted Over-the-Knee Knit Socks, Sky Blue Elsa+Anna Bow Headband and her High-Top Mint Canvas Sneakers. I love the sort of Winter "Frozen" theme in her outfit, especially when she carries the blue+silver snowflakes ornaments in her little hands. We had so much fun taking photos that day as you can tell.

Vivian's Outfit:
Sweatshirt Off-White Dress w/ Silver Dots + Silver Tulle Skirt: Target (similar black+white heart-print sweatshirt dress, on Sale).
Light Blue Elsa+Anna Patterned Silky Headband: The Dollar Tree (New) (Similar White+Light Blue "Frozen" Bow Headband).
Navy Over-the-Knee Knit Socks w/ White Polka Dots: Meijer's (New) (Very Similar Navy Dotted OTK Socks).
Similar High-Top, Swiss Dot, Mint Canvas Sneakers: Old Navy (New) (very similar high-top mint sneakers).

Last week I didn't have a new post, but there were still over 90 of you who linked up your stylish looks. I noticed a lot of warm, comfortable layers. As well as a lot of pink and red - getting ready for those Valentine's Day-inspired Outfits. Pretty, cozy scarves - love them all - and taupe booties were something these ladies had in common. Don't you just love the OTK Taupe Booties these fashionistas are wearing?!
'Baby It's Cold Outside' says Shauna, but she managed to stay so comfortable and girly in her bubblegum pink Hunter rain-boots, red knit scarf and adorable red+pink pom beanie.
Vashiali's 'Sunshine Knot' bell-sleeve dress is in the richest ocean shade and those bold sunshine yellow earrings were perfect with it. Love her adorable artsy clutch too.
Looking stunning in 'Red & Pink', Joi's one-sleeve dress and fur stole are out of this world and she killed it in stiletto strappy heels paired with little matching hot pink socks.
Bojana's 'Cozy Knits for Winter' feature an oversized Southwestern-inspired poncho which is gorgeous. Black+taupe done right.
'How to Wear a Blazer Casually'?! Just ask Nora who looks so polished and European-chic in this layered look. Her red accessories are my favorite. A+!!
Elsie tells us 'Why She Prefers to Wear Skirts'. She has beautiful skirts like this ivory tulip mini and looks fantastic in all of her skirts. Great Winter outfit.

Now join the 3rd linkup of 2018. Have a great weekend!
