Thursday Moda #37 and Thanksgiving Dinner Looks.

Welcome you all!
A new week of Thursday Moda linkup and another week (for me) of Flirty Cherry Print that I am enamored so much with, these days. I may or may have not picked up every single cherry print item at Loft, including today's dress which is my most recent purchase.

In honor of Thanksgiving day coming soon, I decided to style my New Cherry Print Loft Dress in an outfit perfect for Thanksgiving Dinner, whether you are the hostess or invited as a guest. The lovely MICHELLE from Michelle's Pa(i)ge is returning this Fall to co-host with me again, today. She is also sharing a Pretty, Dark-Colored and Patterned Dress (though hers is a Maxi) as a Thanksgiving Dinner option. She paired it with different shades of burgundy. I just love the Tall Suede Boots and Beautiful Raspberry Clutch. You might remember Michelle from when she co-hosted with me this Summer and we styled jumpsuits. I just love Michelle's fresh style. She owns a lot of dresses and girly pieces but she also rocks a casual look and nails the athleisure style every time (as you will see from the collage farther below, of some of her latest looks). Make sure you follow this lovely New York Fashionista if you don't already and join her own Style Linkup on Mondays.

My new dress is a fit+flare style, in black with lavender flowers. They only had a size 2 and 6 in my store. I tried the 2 and it fit though quite tight. The 6 is a little roomy (4 would have been perfect) but I still liked the fit. As far as pairing it on top, I decided to show you guys two options: a cardigan for the inside and a suede jacket for the outside. I have had this suede jacket in my closet for many years. I have worn it a few times this Fall since our weather has been warm-ish (and yes I wasn't cold here without tights). I love how the lavender layering piece brings out the lavender cherries. I brought in two other neutral colors into the outfit (besides the black): navy (crossbody bag) and tan (ghilly block sandals). Obviously I expect it to be colder for Thanksgiving. If it is, I can just wear some black semi-opaque tights and substitute these ghilly tan sandal-booties for black, navy or tan booties with chunky block heels.

Leaves and Cherries.

Last week you loved my combination of the Red+Black Cherry Skirt with the Red+Black Buffalo Plaid Vest - I got so many compliments on that outfit so thank you all. Last week you all made Thursday Moda very successful too and we saw 143 outfits linked up! This week's favorites show me that those rich and dark colors of Fall and Winter (such as wine, navy, black and olive green) are here to stay! I also had a thing or two about bows. These ladies sported them as a scarf on their neck and one even matched her scarf with a bow headband! Ohh and it looks like some of you are already thinking ahead about Holiday looks! Loved the featured blogger's dressy, fancy outfit!

This week's featured blogger is MONICA from Jersey Girl, Texas Heart who linked not one but three gorgeous outfits but these two were my favorite cause she rocks subtle but sexy navy on both of them and each of them hint the Holiday season ahead. First, my most favorite outfit of Monica's is this Lacy LBD with the Fancy Navy Fur Wrap, on a special collaboration with Banana Republic (which I love). I myself am eyeing this same dress in gray but I must say this is my most favorite outfit of Monica all this year. Then we saw her in a Navy Poncho complete with a hoodie and tasseled hem - I love it. The poncho looks beautiful against the deep burgundy and black leggings. Monica not only is fashionable but always shares great fitness tips and beautiful nail tutorials on her blog. Plus she runs a great style linkup every Wednesday. Make sure you follow her!

Sheela of 'The Fab 40s' gang does preppy her own way. Mixed with leather, ripped jeans and strappy sexy stilettos of course, because Sheela's style cannot be duped.
Amy looks so pretty in her casual 'Monochromatic Friday'. I love that floral tunic, but the satin pretty bow scarf on her neck is the icing on the cake, for me.
Roxanne bares a cold shoulder in her 'Kale Juice' oversized tunic sweater I love, which she paired with different shades of tan accents head to toe. I particularly love her wood watch.

This week's Fabulous "Thursday Moda" Co-Host: Michelle's Pa(i)ge.
Michelle has been nailing Fall layers into casual athleisure looks lately. I love that she looks so cool and relaxed in sneakers.
From Michelle's Mouth:
