Flutter Dress from Summer to Fall.

Earlier this year, at the end of Spring, I showed you guys this Feminine, Girly, Colorful Flutter Dress, as a way to wear it for Summer. I love the geometric-print in those vibrant shades and the flutter sleeves. I know the purples, blues and pinks make this more of a Summer Dress but it has 3/4 sleeves and ruffles which are very IN for Fall so I decided to basically take the same exact outfit (complete with all the accessories) and Fall-ify it a little bit.

So, how did I use the same exact outfit to make it Fall-appropriate? All I did is take off the Floppy Hat and add this Burgundy Trench Dress I had recently received from a fast-fashion online retailer, though it was not quite like the picture. I wish I had ordered the Small instead of the Medium. I do think the Blue Felt Hat is still perfect for Fall and I even photographed some pictures with the Hat, but I did wear this Outfit to work recently so I went without the hat. The material of the trench is very light and there is no lining so it works out nicely for early Fall while it is still not freezing. And these Bohemian Fringe/Tassel Block Heel Sandals look like Booties kind of since they are closed on the back. They are perfect to wear now and through late October as long as it is not below 50 degrees or rainy. I am sorry if you feel like I am cheating you out of a New Outfit today since it looks almost identical as the first time around but I just wanted to show you how you can simply change, minus or add one accessory or layer and create a new look. Plus, the original outfit was one of my favorites I had shared on my Thursday Linkup days as I have recapped it here. Have you worn a short dress with a longer trench coat left unbuttoned, before? I did and I like it, I will do it again. 2 posts with Dresses paired with Blue Floppy Hats, 2 days in a row, but yesterday's - check it out! - was definitely more Summery and today I am all for Fall!

Little Vivi photo-bombed a few of my photos. She is adorbs!
