April First.

Happy April 1st Everyone! Hard to believe it is already April and quarter of the year is gone already. 2016 has been running by so fast, hasn't it? April to me symbolizes Spring because it is the first full month of Spring. Ohh and today is April Fool's Day so Happy April Fool's Day! I hope you get fooled a little bit - it is fun after all. I might have been fooled good a few times, but I have also fooled others (good) a few times, myself, in previous years. ;-)

I just wanted to pop by really quick to make a couple of announcements (none of which are April Fool's jokes lol).

- Next week my 'Thursday Moda" linkup will be open bright and early on Wednesday April 6th in the morning, instead of my regular Thursday, so a day earlier. I will open it a day earlier because I am joining the "Thursday Fashion Files" Linkup with Carrie and Jill next Thursday April 7th. So, once again "Thursday Moda #6" will be live in the morning on April 6th instead. However, you can still follow this week's current linkup here. Thank you to all of you who have linked up, so far. Also, on Tuesday April 5th, I am co-hosting "Bloggers Who have Inspired Me" Linkup with Rachel so all week next week it will be a fashion/style inspired week with Style posts Monday-Friday. Don't forget to stop by and link up with me Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week. Thank you in advance. =)

- I am off today but might take Vivian somewhere. Plus my mom is off so we might do a ladies day out with the three of us. Besides that I have a lot to do and so many clothes and drawers to tackle for a huge Spring cleaning. I am getting rid of a tun of things, both Vivian's and mine. Wish me luck.

- Lastly, I have a question for you. My mom's 60th birthday is coming up in less than two weeks. It is a big birthday this year and lucky for me, I will be here in the States for her birthday. What should I get my mom for her big day? I need your ideas, suggestions and thoughts on what to get her for her 60th birthday. Help a girl out! Thank you, I appreciate it soooo much.

I am leaving you with this fun April Fool's gif. I thought it was beautiful  (or should I say "Beautifool"?!) and inspiring.

  1. Happy April Fool's Day! Thanks for letting us know about the change in the Link Up. As far as a gift for your mom, jewelry is always good. Maybe something that has Vivian's birthstone in it? Have a terrific weekend Ada!

  6. Happy April! I think you should get your mother an album or a scrapbook. I hope you still have time to make it though. I made my parents a scrapbook of our family vacation from last year, and they love it!
