Caseapp Custom-Made Phone Case and Pink Flamingos.

Good morning from this gloomy Friday. What better way to brighten up my Friday (and yours) than this very bright and girly look featuring this year's IT Color - Serenity with lots of Bright Pink, Flamingos and a some Sun Yellow which comes in the form of my gorgeous, new iPhone case courtesy of Case AppI am being brutally honest, this post is long overdue. I have had this gorgeous case for a while and planned to write about it around Valentine's day. I started composing the post but never finished it and I completely forgot about the draft. But better late than never and better now that it is Spring because my gorgeous new personalized Case App iPhone case matches not only this outfit and the bright sunny day when I wore it but also the graphic flamingo I chose to add to my case matches all the flamingos in my look: the watch, the clutch and the scarf.

Case App is an online retailer who specializes in custom-made cases and skins for your computers, iPads, iPhones, Galaxy phones and tablets and other Smart Phones. Their designs are so easy to create and customize to your liking. The website offers graphics, quotes, sayings, a variety of colors, a variety of patterns and many fonts for you to create exactly what you have in mind. You can even add a favorite photo there, like a picture of your kids, a city skyline, or the header and name of your blog. You can make your case or skin as fun and bright as you like or as simple, clean and professional as you like. I love their already-made designs. Their marble designs are particularly beautiful.

But I am a sucker for color. I created a hard matte case for my iPhone using the Pink Flamingo graphic provided by the Caseapp website and centered the graphic in the middle. I decided to go for a bold, bright yellow as my background color and on top I chose the saying "go live" also provided by Case App. Two very true words and the cursive font is so cute too. I also wanted to add a little bit of my heart into my design. On the bottom I added a red heart (on the left corner) and I wrote a date next to it 19.01.13 (the day, the month and the year my daughter Vivian was born) which would be January 19th 2013 my daughter's birthdate. The whole process was very easy. It took me less than 5 minutes to create my custom-made case and the checkout process is just as easy. You can pay with a Visa card but Caseapp has also made it easy so you can use your Paypal account. Though the company ships from Europe, my phone case arrived in less than two weeks, nicely and safely packed, too. I will be definitely using CaseApp to order my next phone case for when I update into a new iPhone. I have my eye on a colorblocked one. I am thinking a colorblocked leopard, marble and blush glossy case. I will also order a skin for my iPad. For custom-made cases and skins in a great quality (I talk from experience) Caseapp is the place to go and I would definitely suggest them for your phones and tablets too. Plus, a custom-made case or skin makes a great gift, especially with Mother's Day around the corner next Sunday May 8th. Caseapp offers fantastic products for such reasonable prices. Even better, the wonderful people at Caseapp, have offered my readers a 20% discount. Use the code ELEGANCE20 to check out and you will get 20% off your entire purchase. This discount is good for the next 6 days, until May 4th which happens to be my birthday. To see more of their gorgeous phone, tablet and computer cases, check out their Instagram. Beautiful photos of gorgeous cases and skins are updated daily. So much inspiration and really such pretty little accessories.

Even Vivian had on her own Flamingo Graphic Shirt that day. She matched Mommy in Blues and Pinks, too.
I wore this outfit a few days ago (to work) when the weather was about 72 degrees though quite windy. I took the photos in the afternoon after work. On a recent shopping trip at the mall, I decided to go to Francesca's to see if I could find a cute off-shoulder top and a kimono. I didn't see this gorgeous eyelet/lacy baby blue (Serenity) cropped top at first but the sales girl brought it to me and I am so glad she did because the top was beautiful and fit me so well. Plus it was on sale for 20 bucks. From the same trip at Francesca's I picked up this gorgeous nude clutch with the stunning pink flamingos on the front and the pink faux leather tassel (it comes with a removable strap, too). The clutch is like a burlap material. I was lucky enough that same day to find this stunning very light+breezy baby blue (Serenity) scarf with light pink flamingos for 3 bucks at Charlotte Russe. Let's just say I had a great shopping day and got myself a few things as early birthday presents. The gold watch with the flamingo colorful face is from JC Penney and it was gifted recently from a cousin of mine. It worked so well with this outfit. I decided to pair my new cropped off-shoulder top with the pink suede mini skirt. The high-waist of the skirt worked well with the cropped top and I must say light blue and pink are gorgeous together. Isn't the scarf just perfect for that top, too? If it is a little chilly you can wrap it around to cover the bare shoulders. All the accessories here worked so well together. The Gold/Nude Silky Laceup Ballet Flats (which I have had for years) go with the Nude Clutch. The Gold Pave Cocktail Ring (also from Francesca's) paired so well with the Gold Watch. I also added a Neon Pink Bangle and a couple of my new pieces from the latest Rocksbox I received. The Fuchsia Statement Earrings and the Aqua/Mint Teardrop Cuff which I combined with my own Serenity+Rose Quartz Beaded Cuff also brought out the colors of the outfit. Lastly, I added an Olive-Grayish Teardrop Pendant - I love that the cuff bracelets, pendant necklace and drop earrings all have teardrop-shaped stones. My pendant necklace is courtesy of Wantable from last Spring but Francesca's has identical pendant necklaces in several colors for reasonable prices and they are currently Buy One - Get One 50% off. I am in a row this week with pretty colors: pastels on top and brights on the bottom (other examples here and here). How do you like this outfit? Have you added a cold-shoulder or off-shoulder top to your Spring closet yet?

Thursday Moda #9 and a Peach Top (plus lots of Love).

Hi there. Happy Thursday Eve! There is so much I love in today's post. So there is a lot to get to.

Like I said, there is a lot I love today. I love my outfit. I love my co-host's outfit and style. I love these pretty Spring colors. I love the accessories. I love the new set of jewelry from Rockbox I received (that I am currently wearing). I love my new Dolce Vita Nude Wedges and my new Bright Orange Saddle Bag (both from Target). I love my hair and the fresh color I got (a red-ish dark brown). I love today's photos: they are crisp, clean and beautiful. I also love all the bloggers' outfits that I am featuring in today's post. And I love all of you who support my blog, like my style, compliment my daughter Vivian on a daily basis and come by here on Thursdays to linkup with me. I appreciate it. It was about 4 years ago, in Spring of 2012, that this little blog took off and I have had so much fun ever since. It is the best hobby, but also the most time-consuming one, but I love it!

My Lovely co-host today is LEE from Wine and Couture whose blog I discovered a little over a year ago via a linkup. I am glad I stopped by and started following her right away because she has amazing style. We reconnected recently, and I have been stopping by her blog at least once or twice a week for inspiration. Like me she loves colors, patterns, fun pants, statement jewelry and pretty shoes. Today we both are styling light peach tops that are perfect for Spring. Lee has actually styled lots of pretty peach and coral tops in the last few weeks, as one of the outfits from the collage of some looks I highlighted of hers (read further below) also shows. Her office style is bright and fun, modern and cool. I just love the joggers, clutch and gold shoes she wore today. It is great that we both chose neutral sandals and both wore pants to style our peach tops. Stop by her blog today to see her outfit in more detail. And start following her - she doesn't disappoint.

I just love my outfit today. Everyone that knows me knows that I love color. I love bright colors and I love jewelry and this outfit has plenty of both. Hands down my most favorite outfit I have ever posted on Thursday Moda during my linkup days, so far! And posting bright colored pants two days in a row wasn't on purpose. Coincidentally, both pairs of bright pants were styled with pastel tops, statement earrings and long bright pendant necklaces. Everything I am wearing in my outfit, head to toe is new. Even my lipgloss is new. I needed some lipglosses and on a recent Wal Mart trip I picked up a couple (and some other makeup by Wet N' Wild). My New lipgloss is the Mega Slicks one by Wet N' Wild in Red Sensation and it is awesome. Great lipgloss for the price.

As you may remember from last week's Thursday Moda I styled a linen-blend Lace Yoke LWD. I promised that this week I would be back with my Lace Yoke Top (just like the dress this is from Old Navy). My Elbow-Sleeve Peach Top has the gorgeous lace yoke detail all over the neckline. The light breezy material is airy and I love the swing style. I styled it with these new Bright Yellow/Mustard Cropped Pants. They are the Riviera Cropped Pants in the Marisa Fit by Loft and I recommend this style and fit of the pants so much. They have a little stretch to them. The soft pastel peach and bright mustard worked so well together. I then added a Bright Orange Saddle Bag and some stunning Statement Jewelry from Rocksbox. I love the mix of the Light Aqua Bangle with the Dark Purple Agate Stone Necklace and those Fuchsia+Silver Crystal Pave Earrings. I tried photographing the jewelry over an evergreen bush in our front yard, but I am not sure you could see them so well, though the pictures are still nice. Last but not least I am wearing the new Nude DV for Target Espadrille Wedges that I just got and love. I know I will be wearing these non-stop between now and September. Even my hair is new: I cut off a couple of inches and got a new coat of color, too. What do you think of this bright look for Spring? Do you like it? How are you styling bright colored pants this Spring?

Last week, there were so many bright looks - perhaps they inspired my outfit today. Red was a sensational color you all chose (as my favorite looks will prove today too). Red is after all my most favorite color. The heart likes what the heart likes. Besides the 3 favorite blogger looks, I was torn in choosing Martina's OutfitChannelle's Outfit and Debbie's Outfit as my 3 favorites but ultimately I decided on the three below, cause I love them.
Today's featured blogger is Claire from Claire Justine. Claire Justine linked up two gorgeous 50s retro inspired red patterned dresses (circle dress and poppy dress) complete with a pair of different red pumps for each. It's funny because she was the first one to linkup last week and her dresses have my hearts and she styled them perfectly keeping the 50s theme going. Claire Justine is a British blogger. I tell you she is super woman. She runs more than one blog and her main blog Claire Justine showcases everything in her life: what she wears, her kids, her photography, what she eats and bakes, DIY and craft projects, etc. She is an excellent cook, baker and drink-maker too. Her recipes are fun and her art photos are bright and beautiful. She also has been running her own linkups for years on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I love her "Creative Monday" linkup the best. Make sure you check her out.

Lisa does 'Occasion Dressing' best in her bright and bold head to toe red outfit. I love the pumps and coat.
Ashley 'Holy Grail Off the Shoulder' is wearing a typical outfit for her, complete with skinny jeans, fabulous heels and a gorgeous smile.
Sara who is new to the linkup, shows her 'Derby Style' beautifully in a floral lavender sheath and lavender fascinator hat. She is a stunner.

Thursday Moda Co-Host: Wine & Couture.
And here is just a glimpse of my stylish co-host for today. Some recent pretty Spring looks of hers.
From Lee's Mouth:
"Wine and Couture started almost 4 years ago as Everyday Fashion.  I started the blog as a fashion / restyle blog which has grown into a Life and Style blog including Fashion, Recipes, and Beauty.  I love sharing how to shop your closet and purchase items that will work for all aspects of your life.  You can find me on InstagramBloglovin, or Facebook.  Stop by and say Hello!"

P.S. Linking up with Adri + Jessica, Alice, Ana Luiza with Michelle, Annie, Brooke with Erica, Carrie with Jill, Christie, Claire, Dawn, Grace, Elle with Jacqueline, Heather, Jalynn,
