Guest Post: Alena and her Grecian Goddess Look.

Today's Guest Post comes by a Beautiful Mother and Grandmother (her baby boy grandson is adorable) Alena. I couldn't define Alena's Style in a few words because she does rocker-chic, she does  bohemian, she does Greek goddess, she does elegant office amd everything in between. She always looks on trend and very put-together though and her long legs look even longer when she is in a skirt or a dress. I will let her continue, now.

----------

Purely by accident, I found this draped dress and I'm pretty sure that the design was inspired by chiton clothing - the oldest Greek garments that have survived for centuries. Greek clothing was very simple yet elegant, and always displayed a spectacular look - with elaborate drapes and pleats at the waistline and below the neckline. Such drapes add a soft touch to the outfit and give a more feminine appearance.

When I tried on this Greek-style dress my first thought was to make a total Greek goddess look. So another ancient Greek element, airy and comfortable gladiator sandals, came in handy. For the complete ancient Greece look I rolled my hair into my headband.

What I'm wearing:
dress - Banana Republic // similar
sandals - Dizzy // similar
bag - Lucky Brand // similar
metallic tattoo - Walmart // similar
headband - Walmart // love this one
I found that for some reason I couldn't reply to a comment on my own blog. My reply button just disappeared. I want to let you know that I always appreciate the time out of your day for visiting my blog and every comment that you leave here. I can't thank you enough,

See I told you, she is lanky, elegant and gorgeous. I love this Raspberry Grecian Goddess Dress of hers and she chose very trendy accessories for it. She even completed the Greek Goddess look with that beautiful braided crown and gold foil tattoo. I love it when people think of the little details when it comes to an outfit, like Alena did.

  3. I think this is one of my favorite looks on Alena! I have been wanting to try out those gold tattoos. Love the strappy sandals, too and how she styled her hair! Gorgeous!
