Girly Pink and Yellow for Viv's 2nd Birthday.

OK, so this Outfit is three weeks old, from when Vivian turned two, back on January 19th. But I wanted to save this Outfit for this week, because just like yesterday's this Fun, Girly, Bright Outfit would be perfect for a Valentine's Dinner Date. It is Dressy yet Casual enough. I know this is quite bright and it is not something I typically wear every day either, but I figured it was the right outfit to celebrate my little girl's 2nd birthday, for her little birthday party at the day-care. Plus, I wore this Outfit on purpose to match her little tutu set so we mixed and matched our Pinks, Yellows and Purples. This Outfit is so fitting for this week which is the week of love, because Vivian (along-side my husband) is the Love of My Life. And she is very much part of this blog, as you know. =)

Between November and December I only purchased 4 things. The Skirt and Tights I am wearing today are two of those things. They are both so Bright, almost Neon-y but I love them. The Fuchsia/Magenta Silk Blouse I paired them with has this pretty Bib Ruffle down front. A pair of Pearl Studs, a little White Beaded Bracelet, a Bright Pink Matte Lip and my Brown Oxford Wedges finished off the look. I really wanted to wear some heels, maybe my Nude Pumps but they weren't very comfortable about the event around little toddlers at day-care. So, I had to wear the Wedge Booties instead and they worked. Would you ever wear such Bright, Bold Color-blocking? Do you own a Girly, Neon Skirt? And of course, I am linking up my Neon Skirt+Tights with the Trend Spin Link-up which today is all about Neons.

And here is Vivian's little cake for the Daycare Party. She had a second cake later on for our Family Birthday Dinner Celebration.
And here she is, grabbing her candle and trying to dig into that cake (before we even blew the candle). Thankfully, she decided to put the candle back on and we took more photos and blew her candle among her little friends and teachers, at day-care.

A few decorations at day-care, for my little princess' 2nd Birthday. You can read more about her birthday, here.
