17 + 18: Denim Shirtdress and Dark Colors for Early Fall.

I had a crazy busy Thursday ladies. I barely even got to see my daughter. She spent 4 hours in the day-care as usual and then most of the afternoon she spent with her dad and grandma and she was an angel the entire time. That is good to know because she spends most day - sometimes the entire day - with me every day, so she is very used to having Mommy around. I was running errands all day, went to a job interview and finished off teaching the English class to the 6th, 7th and 8th graders who attend my course. Needles to say, I wasn't able to post, so I am finally doing so very early this morning.

Since this has been pretty much the week of remixing (examples 12 and 3) I am wearing my Denim Shirt-dress (twice) in today's post. It was my first September Outfit from the 30 for 30 challenge, that I wore,a few days after our second Beach Vacation, on Sep 3rd. We came back to much lower temperatures so this Neutral, Dark Denim Shirtdress got worn right away, first in the AM and with some little switches later for the PM. Both times I paired it with Sandals, some Bracelets and a Bow Headband. For the Evening Look I added the Black Cardigan since it got cooler. I belted it with my Nude, Patent Leather, Bow Belt. Had I included a Brighter-Colored Cardi in my items I'd have worn that and the 2nd Outfit would have come out cuter. I do like how the Dark Denim Dress pairs with the Metallic Bronze Gladiators, though. But overall, thus far My Favorite Look I created with this Shirtdress was when I wore it over the Yellow Pants, which was an Outfit you all loved and enjoyed too. What do you think? Do you own a Denim or Chambray Shirtdress? I am on the look-out for more of a Chambray Dress in a Light Blue Wash. Maybe I can luck out and find one thrifting. Happy Friday Ladies!
