Fall Wedding - 4 Ways, a Blogger Collaboration.

Today, I am taking a break from the 30 for 30 Outfits and posting a Fall Wedding Look. I love dressing up so I came up with the idea of getting together 3 other Mommy Bloggers - whose blogs I love and follow - and show you all (side by side), how we styled an Outfit for a Fall Wedding. The best thing about this collaboration is that we come from different parts of the world. Our cities and countries we live in all have a different vibe or atmosphere and our styles are a little different, also. But that is the beauty of blogging and blogger collaborations. Oh and here is a fun fact: we are all Moms to girls, so we have that in common.

Here are a few things I noticed in our Fall Wedding Looks.
~ Susan, myself and Marta are all wearing Black+White.
~ Susan and Jill opted for Pumps while Marta and I are both wearing Bejeweled Peep-Toe Heels.
~ Jill opted for a Fun Little Bag while the other 3 of us are carrying a Clutch.
~  All the ladies are wearing Gorgeous Necklaces. I am the only one without a Statement Necklace, but I do have some Statement Earrings.
~ And last but not least, the style of the Dresses that Jill and I are wearing are very similar. They have that 60's "Mad Men" vibe to them.
What can I say, great minds think alike!

Make sure you stop by Jill's Blog (Doused in Pink),  Susan's Blog (Charming Lucy) and Marta's Blog (Sweaters, Stripes & Sweets) today to see all of their Gorgeous, Elegant Wedding Looks, as well. Thank you for doing this ladies. It was fun and you all look Beautiful!

I own many Dresses from White House Black Market and this is by far one of my Most Favorites. It is Black+White, it is Plaid (which is a Fall Print, in my humble opinion), it has a flare skirt, a fitted bustier and a cinched waist which altogether accentuate my hourglass figure. I wanted to add a pop of Red to the Outfit so I chose some Red Satin Peep-toe Pumps and of course Red Lipstick. I carried a Little Retro Clutch which is printed with an old cover of "Allure Magazine" and it all worked together with the slight retro vibe this outfit gives. I kept my Jewelry Simple: a pair of Silver+Baby Pink Gemstone Statement Earrings, a Pearl+Flower Little Bracelet and a Seapearl+Silver Oval-Stone Cocktail Ring. The baby pink flowers on the Bracelet match the Baby Pink Stones of the Earrings. I let my hair down, brushed it on the side and sleeked the top of it with some hair spray, while styling the bottom with my hands and a tiny bit of hair mousse. To me this Outfit reads Fall Wedding. What do you think?

25 + 26: Printed Pants Times Two.

Yes, I was continuing with the challenge and by the time the 25th outfit was worn, I was actually bored with the clothes I chose, but by the 25th Outfit I still had about 10 days left in the challenge and I stuck to it. Besides being bored with the clothes, I was not bored with my ideas. I knew I could create 60 (not just 30) outfits out of the 24 pieces of clothing I had and stretch my wardrobe to the max. So folks, today you will see 2 Outfits featuring the 2 pairs of Pants I included - both of which were Printed, Summery Pants. I love both of the Outfits today and for the Outfit with the Navy+White Silky Track Pants, I think this is my favorite way I have worn them throughout this challenge. What do you think?
Here I kept things simple+neutral. I am basically wearing Navy, White and Black. With the Off-White Chiffon Blouse, the Pants stand out more. Since I wore this Outfit all day from work to grocery shopping, to picking up Vivian from daycare and more; it served its purpose because it was both casual+dressy. A little sparkle comes from my Fun Earrings and the Bows on the Peep-toe Wedges.
Ivory, Sleeveless Blouse w/ Lace on the Front, Chiffon on the Back & Light Chambray Collar: Sabra (New) (very similar by Guess, on sale), (similar, great deal, love this), (similar w/ 3/4-sleeves, best deal, love this).
Navy+White, Tribal-Print, Relaxed, Silky "Sweat-pant Style" Pants w/ Elastic Waist: H&M (New) (very similar in black+white, on sale, love these), (very similar in black+white by Jessica Simpson, great deal, love these), (similar by Old Navy, best deal).
Black, Jet Crystal & Silver Rhinestone  Drop Earrings: White House Black Market (very similar w/ jet stones), (similar, best deal), (similar by Ralph Lauren, great deal, love these), (gorgeous option by Lord & Taylor, on sale).

Leopard-Print, Navy, Beige & Brown Headband: Bijoux & Accessories.
Black, Soft Leather Perforated Wedges w/ Gold Rhinestone Bows + Cognac Soles: A Local Shoe Boutique (New) (very similar), (gorgeous Tory Burch option), (similar, on sale), (similar, love these).

There are lots of dots in this Outfit. There are White Polka Dots on the Black Top and White Multi-Shaped Dots on my Yellow Pants. But I really wanted to pair the two together and it worked, though I may look like a Bumble Bee, lol. The Yellow Loafers and the Neon Statement Necklace (which I layered with a Dainty Necklace with a semi-precious orange stone) really emphasize the Sunny Yellow of these Awesome Pants. What do you think?
Black+White Polka Dot, Boat-Neck, Elbow-Sleeve Tee w/ Ruched Sleeves: White House Black Market (very similar, on sale), (similar w/ colorblocked sleeves, great deal, love this), (similar, orange w/ black dots, best deal, love this).

24: Floral Fuchsia over Olive!?

I know, I know, I know, this floral black, white+fuchsia blouse would look much better over a black maxi dress rather than an olive green one. But, I didn't have a Black Maxi included in my 30 items. Plus, that means, it will be grounds for a future outfit. You have already seen me wear this dress and this blouse this week (here and here). I am not sure how I feel about today's outfit, but I am all about keeping it real and I am showing you the next outfit from the challenge. Especially, since challenges like these - where you have a very small portion of your closet to remix - make you think outside the box, for one. They also teach you about what clothes you should and shouldn't pair together. How did I do? Ohh and Happy Weekend guys, Friday is here in a few hours! Got anything fun planned?!

23: Navy+White Tulip Skirt and Bright Coral Tee.

It is very much chilly, cloudy, rainy and wet around my parts of the world. Fall is here in full force. But being behind in time when it comes to posting outfits, and starting my 30 for 30 challenge on the third week of August, gave me room for some Summery Outfits, and yes there are a few more of those to show you. Like today. I am wearing America's Colors in Red, White and Blue (though my Red is more like a very Bright Coral) and I am finally linking up with Andi and Inge for Skirts Week. They have both shown us some Pretty, Work-Chic Outfits featuring some of their Skirts. I must say I adore this Geometric-Print, Navy+White Skirt and the Bright Red/Coral on top definitely pops. I added some Cute Dangly Earrings, my Red Bow Barrette and a Coral Enamel Bangle. I finished off with the Neon Striped Espadrille Wedges and off I went. What do you think? Do you own a Tulip Skirt? I must say they are cool and very flattering. Check out the options I linked, below.

21 + 22: A Little Bright, a Little Summery.

Though it definitely feels like Fall now, I still have a few more Summery Outfits to show you for this challenge and then back to reality. And yes, besides today you might see Shorts once or twice more. What these Outfits have in common, are Bright, Cheerful Colors. And, I finally wore my Floral Off-the-Shoulder Blouse and the Denim Vest. I am surprised it took me so long for the Denim Vest, but truth be told when it was hot out it was too warm to layer with it and when it cooled off, I needed my Denim Jacket, instead. What do you think of the Outfits below? I love how the second Outfit came out, it is definitely my favorite.
In this first Outfit I kept it simple accessory-wise since I am mixing patterns but they work, because the blouse's pattern is bigger and the short's is smaller. Plus, they are mostly in Black+White letting the Fuchsia pop. I am wearing a Small Red Bow Barrette in my hair which matches the Red Sandals.
That Big Silk Orchid across the chest is all embroidered over it with silk. I wish you could see it better on the picture.
Fuchsia, Black+White Floral, 3/4-Sleeve, Off-the-Shoulder Silk Blouse: White House Black Market (similar, this year's version by WHBM, on sale, love this), (similar w/ green floral by WHBM, best deal, love this), (similar, gorgeous option).
Black+White, Geometric/Diamond Print, Cotton Shorts: Old Navy (similar, love these), (similar, tribal print, great deal, love these), (similar w/ crochet trim, best deal).
Skinny, Red Bow Barrette: A Random Boutique.

In this Outfit, I am wearing 3 of the 4 primary colors. I love the combination of the Hunter Green with the Blue of the Denim and the Bright Yellow. I added a pop of Pink via the Striped Espadrille Wedges. I am loving these Summer layers.
Hunter Green, Scoop-Neck, Short-Sleeve, Fitted, Soft Cotton Tee: The Limited (very similar, great deal), (similar in boat-neck, best deal, love this), (similar in V-Neck), (similar in split-neck).
Big Circle, Plastic, Yellow Stud Earrings: Fred's Jewelry (love these yellow+white flower studs, great deal).
Neon Yellow & Gold-tone Enamel Bangle Bracelet: A Local Accessories Boutique (New) (very similar yellow bangle, great deal), (similar, best deal).
Hot Pink, Multi-Colorful Stripped Wedge Espadrilles: Payless (very similar, SAVE), (similar + great deal, love these), (similar, SPLURGE).
