Spring Must Haves: A Trench Coat.

It's Amy Ann's and I third week of Spring Must Haves. First up was Floral where we both showed you 4 Outfits altogether. Then we wore our Statement Dresses and we both thought Blue and Wrap Styles. For our third week we chose Trench Coats.

I don't know about you, but this Classic Topper is a Closet staple in my closet, especially in the Spring. Amy wore a Gorgeous Leopard one with a Black+White Striped Dress and some Red Flats. Mixing Classic Breton Stripes and Leopard is a favorite combination of mine - a girl after my own heart she is. I had a hard time picking which Trench Coat to show you. But since Pastels and Pink are both in this Spring, I chose my Baby Pink one from Bebe.

I wore my Trench Coat over my Denim Outfit this past Sunday for a family date of the three of us. It was the perfect light yet warm layer to wear for a semi-cool late afternoon & early evening. I love that the Sleeves are 3/4-length. And of course I love the Soft Baby Pink Color and the Dressy Silk Material with a Satin feel. I have several Beautiful Trench Coats from Bebe and they are all very Nice and pretty Dressy. Underneath the Trench Coat I wore some Blue Jeans and my Anchor-print Chambray Shirt. The Bracelets & my Coral Watch matches the Trench well. A little bit of Crystal Bling through the Earrings and Long Necklace. I also added a pop of Leopard via the Bow on the Headband and my Pointy Ballet Flats. The biggest compliment I got was from my husband and that to me matters the most.
Light Orange, Round-face, Quartz Watch: Gift from My Husband (New) (very similar, on sale), (similar 1), (similar 2, love this).
1 Light Peach & 1 Red Identical Bangles w/ Silver Beads twisted around a Silk RibbonA Local Boutique.
Very Long Silver Necklace w/ Circle Crystal Studs: White House Black Market.
Light Blue Crystal & Silver Rhinestone Beaded, Drop Earrings: Fred's Jewelry.
Leopard-Print, Navy, Beige & Brown Headband: Bijoux & Accessories.
Baby Pink Satin, Belted Trench Coat w/ 3/4 Sleeves: Bebe (very similar), (similar), (hot pink option, love this).
Chambray Shirt w/ tiny White Anchors: The Limited (New) (very similar), (with arrows + hearts), (white w/ anchors + love it).
Medium-Wash, Skinny, "Noir" Blue Jeans: White House Black Market (this year's version on sale), (very similar on sale).
Cognac, Leather, Braided, Skinny Belt: The Limited (very simiilar), (similar + great deal).
Beige Suede Pointy Ballet Flats w/ Gold Metallic Leopard Spots: Nine West (similar), (love this), (great deal).

So, how do you like our Trench Coats? Do you own a Trench Coat? If so, show us and we might include it in next Wednesday's post. Or maybe your Spring Outterwear of choice is a Military Jacket or a Safari Jacket. Amy and I would love to see them.

Below are some Statement Dresses that caught my eye from last week (it was our Spring Must Have of choice last week). Go check out Amy's Choices as well.

I loved this Soft White Lace Dress worn by Katie. The peek of Aqua was adorable. Her Denim Jacket & Nude Sandals were also perfect for Spring.

Liz's Little White Dress is the Perfect Summer Sheath for work, which she spiced up with Red and Leopard.

Tracy looked like a Grecian Goddess in this Flowy White Maxi Dress which though a Statement piece on its own, looks beautiful with the Gold Accessories.

Last but not least a Cute Leopard Sheath worn by Whitney with Adorable Little Sandals and a Pop of Mint through her Statement Necklace.

P.S. Linking up with Sarah, Alison, Rebecca, Tiffany. Bethany, Agi, Erin and Tara.
Happy Hump Day and Thanks for Reading!!

  1. What lovely ladies in dresses! I've always sort of wanted a trench coat but haven't ever bought one, I guess I figured I wouldn't really ever wear it to justify the cost.
