Spring Mix of Mint and White on a Fall Day.

I have been back in Michigan since July 12th of this year (we got here around 3.00 AM that day). I am flying back to Europe on November 4th. I have had a good old time, seen/visited a lot of people, been to a lot of family events and had a lot of guests over or been invited as guests. But time has gone by too fast, especially the last couple of weeks. I wake up, I get the baby ready, then it's noon, then it's around 3.00-4.00 PM when my parents get home from work, then the evening disappears before it even starts and before I know it - it's bath time for Vivian, dinner and then bed time for me. Seriously, it has gone by way too fast. =( Tomorrow on Wednesday my mom is off. We have to accomplish all my last-minute shopping and even get some gifts for another baby - Vivian's cousin Mollie who turned 1. She is celebrating her Birthday with all of her extended family this upcoming Saturday. But most importantly, I want to spend some quality time with Mom. I will miss her so much. =(

It has been cold around here guys. My mom said that around 7.00 AM today as she got to work, the temperature was 30 degrees and the car had frost. The heater is definitely on. The outfit today is from a couple of weeks ago. It is an Outfit I wore to welcome some Guests (friends of my parents) at the house to see Vivian & I. It is the Perfect, Pastel Spring mix of Mint & White to spruce up a Fall day. If I had to wear it out today, I would swap the Sandals for Riding Boots, add a chunky Scarf & wear a Coat, of course. Coincidentally, last time I wore these Paisley/Floral, Mint Pants, I also paired them with White on top, except it was a Graphic Tee and I even added a Hat. This time it's a White Blouse. But not to worry, these Printed Mint Pants are some of my favorite additions in my closet this year so they will get worn a lot more. I see Turquoise, Bright Yellow, Mustard, Black & Orange as future colors to pair them with. And speaking of White Button-downs, a White Blouse is super versatile, what can I say and I have a ton of them. Strange or not, almost all of my sleeveless or cap-sleeved white button-downs come from Express and almost all of my short-sleeve or long-sleeved ones come from The Limited. What do you think of this Outfit and of Vivian's adorable, matchy, Mint+White Striped, Seersucker Dress? How would you wear these Pants for Fall? How would you style them? Please let me know. Thanks. =)

Look at that Smile. Actually she was laughing while I took this photo. She is such a Happy Baby who loves to Laugh & Smile.

  2. Vivian is just the cutest little thing! I love how you both match today too. If I was to style these pants for fall, I would pair them with a chunky or oversized cardigan/sweater and some cognac or brown knee high boots. They are such fun pants!

  4. How cute you both have mint on! I love Vivian's jumper, it's so adorable! The print on your pants is fun and I like the color, too. Light pink or hot pink and cobalt might be fun colors to pair with them, too.
