Pass it On: Distressed Blue Jeans.

I have been meaning to write today's post hours ago, but the baby hasn't let me. We are back to a cold, wet and rainy day around here, but I hear the sun is supposed to come out, tomorrow, once again. I am just now making myself a quick dinner (hard-boiled eggs - I love their taste, they are easy to cook, plus they are supposed to be good for you) & getting to Blog Post for the day, while Vivian is sleeping. But I don't think she is down for the night yet. She is a Night Owl.

Today's Outfit is nothing special, just a sweatshirt & jeans (with a fleece jacket over). I added a scarf for style more so than for warmth. But sometimes Comfy wins above anything else. My mom purchased this sweatshirt for me, while I was pregnant. I mostly wear it around the house but it is nice enough to wear out, too. I like the rolled V-Collar it has. And with the jeans I guess I am doing a "Take One, Pass it On" since I wore these same jeans just a couple of days prior. You can check out that outfit, here. This may not be the most stylish or fashion-forward outfit, but I do dress down and I wear simple & casual clothes some days, especially now that I am a mom. I still felt put-together, while looking nice in this. And since I am all about keeping it real, I am posting this outfit - plain and all. It is what it is. By the way Miss Vivian is in a lot of photos today - I cannot help it, she is too cute. And since I barely have any accessories on, she is MY BEST ACCESSORY!

Gray & Lavender, Stripped Sweatshirt with a Rolled V-Neck Collar: Target.
Gray, Zippered, Fleece Jacket: Aeropostale.
Olive Green, Simple, Linen-Blend Scarf: Gruppo Fiori.
Boot-Cut, Distressed Blue Jeans w/ Fun Patch Pockets in the Front: American Eagle.
Delicate, Gold-Chain Necklace w/ Small Heart-Shaped Pink Topaz Stone: Lord & Taylor.
Hot Pink, Soft Leather Loafers: Micci's.

P.S. I started writing this an hour and half, almost two hours ago. Before I uploaded the photos, little Vivian woke up. I had to change her and feed her, while eating on the fly and now I am back to finally posting this. Ahhh the simple joys of being a New Mom. When she grows up, I will miss this, though.

    1. Yes, A Mother's Work is never-ending and I don't think it is valued enough. Vivian will forever be my Best Accessory, especially the first couple years of her life, since she is so little. =)
