Week's Best Looks: The Challenge from the Last Week of March.

Hi there. How was your Saturday? It was beautiful, sunny and dare I say... HOT here in Tirana today. =) We took the baby out for a couple of hours and she loved it. She stayed really good for the most part. Speaking of Vivian, she is exactly 10 weeks old today. SO HAPPY 10-WEEK MY ADORABLE, LITTLE CUPCAKE AND MAY YOU LIVE TILL YOU ARE 100 YEARS OLD!! I will update you on her, with a post, towards the beginning of next week. For now, I am doing this Part one of Week's Best Looks. I am doing things a little different this week not only because there were A TON of Lovely Looks this week, but also because there was a 5 Days, 5 Ways Challenge, hosted by and Franziska of Franish. Both of these girls have Style Galore, both are unique in their ways and true to themselves. And I love both of their blogs. Because of this challenge and the fact that many bloggers joined it (including myself), there were a lot of cute, nice looks for me to like and choose from, that is why I am doing a Special Edition of this Week's Challenge first. I will be posting More Great Looks from this week, on Sunday, as usual. =)

First you will see a Collage of the Hostesses: Fran & Whit. They both stayed true to their Fashion Sense and Style. Fran wears more Pants and likes layering with Scarves, Blazers, Tees & Button-downs paired with Ballet Flats or Loafers. While Whit prefers her Pencil Skirts & A-line, Bucket Skirts, or Dresses worn with Pumps. However for Casual Friday, they each styled Blue Jeans in their own way. Other looks from other bloggers include everything from a Gorgeous Magenta Lace Dress that cost just 10 bucks, and was styled by Mother-Daughter team of Heather & Kayla, to a Chevron Sheath worn with a Blazer & Statement Necklace at a Wedding, Leather Ballet Flats shown both with Pants & a Skirt in 2 Colorful Outfits, Oxblood Pants styled with Black Wedges, a Spring-Forward Gray & Yellow Outfit styled better with a Gorgeous Sparkly Stone Necklace, a Classic & Chic Wrap-Style LBD and even Cropped Jeans worn with a Colorful Sequined Sweatshirt. Some common things in these remixes were Long Cardigans especially in Light Heather Gray, many Cognac Belts, many Beautiful Statement Necklaces including a couple of the Bloggers' Favorite Bubble Necklace, a couple of Olive Green Military Jackets as well as some Oxblood Pants. So without further ado...

The Best Looks from this Week's 5 Days, 5 Ways Challenge are:
(from Top to Bottom, Left to Right).

Whitney's 1st Outfit  was from her Accessories remix where she chose a Chic & Feminine, Cognac, Bow Belt that looked Divine over her Girly Skye Blue, A-Line Dress with a Skye Blue Necklace, Heather Gray Cardigan & Adorable Blue+White Gingham Pumps that I loved.
Whitney's 2nd Outfit was from her Pants remix where she chose a pair of Cool, Oxblood Polka Dot Pants. I loved them paired with the Cognac Blazer & Belt with a Blush Tee underneath & once again a Pretty, Statement Necklace.
Whitney's 3rd Outfit was from her Dresses remix where she chose one of her favorite Dresses featuring a Cool Key Print & here I loved it paired with the Purple Pumps & Matching Necklace. Accompanied by a Cognac Belt & Gorgeous Blue+White Stripped Clutch, as far as Accessories.
Whitney's 4th Outfit  was from her Tops remix where she chose a Bright, Emerald Tee that I loved accessorized with those Aqua Pumps & another Bow Belt - this time Black - while the Pretty Water-Color Bucket Skirt locked in all the colors together.
Franziska's 1st Outfit  was from her Casual Friday where she chose a Pair of Dark Jeans to pair with a Smart & Elegant Plaid Blazer over a Stripped Tee, belted with a Cognac Belt. Here she looks like an Intelligent PhD Student.
Franziska's 2nd Outfit   was from her Accessories remix where she chose a Pretty & Goes-with-Everything Black & White Print Scarf that I loved worn over the Orange Button-Down & Blue Jeans, with that Awesome Anchor Belt.
Franziska's 3rd Outfit  was from her Tops remix where she chose a Versatile Piece - a Black Cardigan - which this time she paired with Hunter Green Cropped Pants with Matching Skinny Belt, a Leopard Blouse, Classic, Black, Tory Burch Flats & Bright Orange Nails.
Franziska's 4th Outfit  was from her Pants remix where she chose these Gorgeous, Pastel, Cropped Floral Skinnies. My favorite way she wore them is with the Bright T-Shirt & Olive Green Jacket over, as well as a Multi-Colored Necklace that pops & Neutral Loafers.

(From Left to Right, Top to Bottom.)

Ginny wore one of her Favorite Necklaces featuring Neon Yellow Stones with a Pastel Ensemble of a Watercolor Yellow/Gray Top, Ivory Skirt & Heather Gray Cardigan. She Looked like a Tall Glass of Fresh Lemonade.
Ashley chose her Favorite Wrap Dress which is a Classic for a Dress Remix. My favorite way was paired with the Bold, Mega-Popular, Bubble Necklace in Coral & Little Black Sandals.
Bri Marie chose her Cute & Loved-by-her Leopard Flats for her Remixing Accessory. In the First Outfit she remixed it with a White Ruffled Tank, a Coral Pink Mini Skirt & a Heather Gray Cardi. For the Second Outfit she chose Skinny Blue Jeans, a Multi-Stripped Pink/Coral/Beige Sweater & an Olive Blazer. (Love that Pose, too.)
Inge's 1st Outfit is of her Gray Chevron Sleeveless Shift Dress. I loved it the way she wore it here with the Black Blazer, Black Wedge Pumps & Beautiful Turquoise Necklace.
Kim's 1st Outfit was remixing the Red Skinnies which she wore in a Hip way over a Blue/Red/White Dress in a Small Floral. Loved her Adorable Floral Headband & all the Cognac Accessories.
Kim's 2nd Outfit  was the Black+White Stripped Sweater remix done with a Gorgeous Floral Pencil Skirt, Black Tights, Black Booties & a Stunning Turquoise Necklace.
Heather remixed this Hot Pink Lace Dress featuring a Lovely Bow Detail on the Shoulders, with a Wide Nude Belt & Matching Nude Pumps looking so Chic & ready for a Cocktail Party.
Kayla remixed the same Hot Pink Lace Dress with Black everything: Blazer, Ballet Flats & Bubble Necklace, which would make this outfit proper for work.
Kate remixed her Camo Pants with a Black Tank Top, Blue Jean Jacket & Black Pumps - all Basic items but all of them together made into one Cool Outfit. She added a Locket Necklace.
Carylee's Blog is New to me but I loved her ensemble of Cuffed Jeans for Casual Friday. She paired hers with a Chambray Polka Dot Button Down underneath a Bold Purple Sequined Tee. She also wore Purple Stiletto Booties to match. Sassy & Classy, too.
Inge's 2nd Outfit also featured the same Black Blazer & Black Wedges, while showcasing her Beautiful Oxblood Capri Pants, worn with a White Lace Top & Beautiful Triangle Necklace.

Stay Tuned for other Week's Best Looks for the week ending March 31st 2013. Thank You All.

Black Ponte Leggings - Six Ways.

Everyone that knows me and knows me well, should know that I love leggings and wear them a lot. They are so versatile, easy, simple, cozy. Depending on the thickness as well as the length (there are cropped styles also), leggings can also be worn at all times, all 4 seasons. I own at least 15 pairs of leggings, probably 20. I purchased 4 patterned pairs the month of January: 1 pair of Houndstooth, 1 pair of Floral, 1 pair of Paisley & 1 pair of Polka Dots. Now that I am a mom and stay home raising the baby, I don't get dressed up as often, so leggings are even more perfect for my daily attire. White House Black Market - a store I love - comes up with Classic, Chic, Simple Black Leggings every year. They have their thicker ones for the cold seasons and their thin ones, both with lace (wide or thin lace on the bottom), as well as without lace; full length or cropped. My favorite leggings come from this store. They are my Thick Ponte Leggings which are built, or rather styled like a pair of jeans, with actual pockets. I wear them all the time, that is why one pair wasn't enough, I own three of the same pair. I actually wore them a lot the last couple of winters. I love their thick Ponte material and I like that they are not too fitted, they sort of look like Skinny Pants. This way they also can work with a regular length top or sweater, with a blazer over or whatever. These are the item I chose for the last day of the challenge for Casual Friday.

You can find these leggings at WHBM. Ann Taylor Loft also has a similar pair they have been making since 2009. For trendier leggings look at Express and/or Bebe. They have a lot of patterned ones, too. That is where you can find leggings that look like jeans, as well as jeggings. Below I am showing you 6 Casual ways I have worn My Favorite Black Ponte Leggings by White House Black Market. In most of these outfits I am also wearing my go-to boots. They are so comfortable and these Black, Flat Riding Boots go with everything. They make the legs longer & seamless worn with the leggings. I have worn these leggings more than just 6 times. I am noticing in these outfits though that I have paired them with Gray a lot. If you want to see more of my leggings just click the label LEGGINGS, where you will see these leggings again styled in more ways, as well as other leggings. =) Anyway, here are all 6 outfits side by side. Which one is your favorite outfit?

1st Look. This is a very simple look wearing it with a Long Lavender Cardigan and a Matching Triangle Pom-Pom Scarf. I am also wearing the Black Boots I talked about. This outfit is missing jewelry. Maybe I could have done some small earrings. However, it was a cold Winter day when I wore this.
Long, Lavender Cardigan: Pink Shadow.
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
Lavender, Taupe, Brown & Beige, Printed Triangle, Pom-Pom Scarf w/ Small Flowers: Purchased in Greece.
Black Suede Booties: Worthington (JC Penney).
2nd Look. I brightened up this Wintery Look with a Hot Pink Sweater, a Hot Pinkish/Lavender Mock Turtleneck underneath and wore my over-the-knee Brown Boots. Instead of a Necklace, I pinned a Dragonfly Brooch to the turtleneck. I really like this look. This cable-knit sweater is one of my favorites. I own it in a Bright Blue too, like between a Turquoise and a Cobalt.
Hot Pink, Boat-Neck, 3/4-Sleeve Sweater: American Eagle.
Lilac-Pink, Stretchy & Cozy Cotton Turtleneck: T-Box.
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
Taupe-Charcoal, Over-the-Knee Boots: Simple Shoes.
Silver Dragonfly Brooch w/ Mini Pink Rhinestones (pinned to my Turtleneck): Forever 21.
Silver Gray Headband with a Bow Decorated in Silver Rhinestones: Random Boutique in Tirana.
3rd Look. This is a Funky Look but warm too. It was such a Cold, Rainy Evening I remember. I wore this for a Casual Date Night with my husband. I wore a Parka on top & even gloves. I love this matching set of Scarf & Hat (Beanie). I also love this Merino Wool, Gray Cardi with the Metallic Detail from WHBM.
Merino-Wool, Long Cardigan w/ Front Pockets on Each Side: White House Black Market.
Black, Nylon Stretch, Scoopneck T-Shirt: White House Black Market.
Stretchy Silver, Oval-Linked Bracelet (Right Hand): The Limited.
Soft & Cozy, Knitted Acrylic/Wool Cap + Matching Scarf: Boutique "Limoni" (in Tirana).
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
  Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

4th Look. I really like the layering here. Gray and Red is not a combination I do often but they pair well together. Also, I don't really wear a sweater over a sweater but the textures of the V-Neck & the Vest are different. They are both cotton, but the V-Neck is more of a knit, while the vest is more of a crochet. I added the scarf for warmth, though it does add some interest & pattern to the outfit. Ohh and I curled up the ends of my hair.
Relaxed, Gray, V-Neck, Cotton Sweater w/ Fun Button Detail on the Sleeves: White House Black Market.
Red, Crocheted Vest w/ Military Buttons on the Shoulders: Armani Exchange.
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/ Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
Black & Gray Rose-Print Scarf: A Scarf Boutique. (I paid less than 5$ for it and I love it).
Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

5th Look. I am wearing the Long Lavender Cardigan (which I belted) once again over a Light, Violet, Mock Turtleneck. This time I wore a short Silver Necklace instead of a brooch. And once again My Favorite Black Boots.
Long, Lavender Cardigan: Pink Shadow (a nice, affordable Italian Brand which is also made in Italy).
Violet, Light-Cotton, Mock Turtleneck: T Box.
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/ Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
Dusty Pink/Lavender, Thick, Warm, Wool, Winter Scarf: Purchased this Winter in Albania.
Steel Gray, Silver-y, Glass Crystal Necklaces (it's actually 2 of the same necklaces; I purchased two in case I wanted to wear it as one, together): White House Black Market.
Leather, Black, Skinny Belt: Banana Republic.
Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

6th Look. I wore this outfit to work. Between the Long Cardigan with the Bows and the Button-Down, High Collar, Ruffled Blouse underneath it was Dressy enough for a Wintery Day.
Medium-Gray Cardigan w/ Black Trim & Bow Pockets: London Girl.
Silver-Gray, Shimmery Button-Down Blouse w/ High Ruffled-Neckline: Purchased at a Boutique in Tirana.
Ponte, Thick, Black Leggings w/ Pockets on the Back: White House Black Market.
Black Silk Headband w/ Silver Rhinestone Butterfly (off the Side): The Limited.
Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

Blue, Gray, Python and Ikat.

Hi all and Happy Almost Friday. I am taking a little break from the Fashion Challenge this week to bring you a recent outfit. I am already behind with posting outfits and the challenge puts me even more behind but anyway. I wore this outfit a couple of weeks ago for a doctor's appointment I had to go to. All is very good after Pregnancy, I am glad to report. =)

I had gotten the hair done (colored & cut 4 and a half inches off) just the night before. I hope you are able to tell. There is something about freshly-done hair. Even if I was wearing sweats, with this new hair I would have looked good, put-together. When you get your hair done, the hair is smoother and automatically looks and feels better & silkier. She even styled it for me. I hope you can tell the difference. I took my time doing my makeup that day, too. The doctor I went to see, saw me during the entire time of my pregnancy, each month. I wanted to look good! The button-down I am wearing today is a Silk & Wool blend, very very light. The material is sort of see-through. It is from Banana Republic, purchased on Clearance many years ago. But unfortunately I only cut off its tag when I wore it this time (you are seeing it on the blog). It is such a Pretty Teal Blue color in a warm, unique material - I have no clue why I hadn't worn it before. This entire month of March I made an effort to No Longer Neglect... like half of my closet. I followed Kate's Challenge of the Month "No Longer Neglected". Since I haven't posted most of my outfits from March, you will see several more neglected items through April. As a matter of fact, I am making a big effort and ordering myself to wear many neglected items in my closet, this entire year. This way, if something doesn't work, isn't flattering, doesn't fit me or whatever, off to the Good Will it goes. Let me know if you do not like something - be honest. I do appreciate it. =)

Teal-Blue, Light Button-Down Shirt: Banana Republic.
Gray, Ponte Skirt, w/ Zippered Front Pockets: Calliope
Blue/Purple/Green Ikat, Light, Linen Scarf: A Scarf Boutique.
Delicate, Gold-Chain Necklace w/ Small Heart-Shaped Pink Topaz Stone: Lord & Taylor.
Sky Blue/Grayish Python Print, Footless Tights: Express.
Leather Suede, Slouchy, Gray Boots: Skechers.
P.S. Excuse the mess in the back. We live in a very small apartment and now that I have a baby and we keep her in the living room during the day, her stuff is everywhere. I am sorry but it is the plain truth.

Three Dresses - Four Ways.

For today's challenge we have dresses. I chose not one but 3 dresses to showcase today. They are all very different but they have proven quite versatile. I love them all, especially the Sweater Dress with the Lace Palettes on each sleeve, going down.

The Colorblock Dress featuring three colors: Teal, Emerald Green & Brown has been in my closet since Summer 2006 and it is from Forever 21. It was one of the purchases where I asked myself "Should I buy it? How versatile will it be?" Now I am glad I bought it, because I can even make it work for other seasons behind Summer, as I have shown with one of the looks. The Olive-Green, 3/4-Sleeve Sweater Dress with the Lace detail was added to my closet in Fall of 2011 and was purchased on clearance from Ann Taylor Loft. It is a size Small but it is slightly big on me, however I like the more lose fit and it worked well while I was pregnant. And the Silk Shantung Sleeveless Sheath with the Paint-Like Flower Print, is also from Ann Taylor Loft, purchased also on Clearance from Spring 2011. Despite its Bright Colors in the Print, the main color of the dress is a Neutral so it has proven to go with a lot. I also really like the nice thick silk and the shape of the dress, very Classic and flattering on so many bodies.

I must say this is my Favorite Remix of this challenge since I love Dresses & own a lot of dresses, actually. Though I have a good one for you tomorrow too - featuring a Favorite Item of clothing - so stay tuned for that as well. =) Thank You.

Here are all 3 Dresses side by side:
Which one is your Favorite Dress? What about your Favorite Way I have worn/styled each dress?

1st Look of the Teal/Brown Dress. I added another color - Periwinkle - with the layered Camisole underneath. I remember it being a Hot Summer Day and I was pregnant so no makeup and very light on jewelry, just bracelets & I added a headband. This outfit could have used a short necklace.
Brown, Green & Teal, Flowing, Wrap-Style, Cotton Dress: Forever 21.
Periwinkle, Stretchy, Nylon Tank Top: White House Black Market.
Skinny, Bronze Bangle: London Boutique.
Patent Leather Black Skinny Headband w/ Ivory Bow: The Limited.
Navy, Green, Teal, Turquoise & Seafoam, Leaf-Print, Silk, Strappy Thong Sandals: Simple Shoes.

2nd Look of the Teal/Brown Dress. This is the first time I wore this dress (a few summers ago) when I purchased it. I guess I was being daring since I am not wearing a Camisole underneath and this dress is boobylicious. I paired it with Peach accessories and really loved this look at the time.
Brown, Green & Teal, Flowing, Wrap-Style, Cotton Dress: Forever 21.
Stretchy, Silk, Wide, Light Peach Headband: NY & Co. (New York & Company).
Beaded, Peach, Coral & Gold, Dangly Earrings: The Limited.
Stretchy, Chain, Silver Bracelet: Express.
Beige & Peach, Stripped, Canvas Espadrille Wedges: Payless.

3rd Look of the Teal/Brown Dress. I styled this dress for a Blogger's Birthday E-Party. This was just days before My Daughter's Birth. Comfy layers were necessary for my sake and for the weather's sake, too. I doubled the Brown by adding Brown Tights and I doubled the Teal by adding a Teal Cardigan. I added another color too - Black (Camisole & Boots). I think considering that I was 9 months or 37 and a half weeks pregnant, I like how this outfit came about.
Brown, Green & Teal, Flowing, Wrap-Style, Cotton Dress: Forever 21.
Black, Stretchy, Nylon Camisole: The Limited.
Teal, Long-Sleeve, Light Cotton Cardigan w/ Pockets & Zipper Detail on the Shoulders: Gruppo Fiori.
Teal, Turquoise & Brown Beaded Necklace w/ Cameo Pendant: Forever 21.
Dark Brown, Soft Knit, Sweater Tights: Golden Point.
Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

4th Look of the Teal/Brown Dress. This is probably my Most Favorite Look of the all four. I like the complimentary Teal Camisole underneath & the tiny peek of Lace. I also like my Statement Necklace with this dress. And I am wearing one of My Most Favorite pairs of Shoes. In retrospect, I should have added my Blue Pearl Stud Earrings, though.

Brown, Green & Teal, Flowing, Wrap-Style, Cotton Dress: Forever 21.
Lace-Trimmed, Green/Teal, Stretchy Nylon Tank: The Limited.
Turquoise, Baby Pink & Clear, Glass-Beaded Necklace and Matching Stretchy Bracelet: Beadz & Bagz.
Beige, Peep-Toe Wedges w/ Different Colorful Dots: Il Cammino.

1st Look of the Olive Green Sweater Dress. This was during a cold January day for work and I added a Wide Belt to emphasize the waist. I am also wearing little ball studs in the same shade as the dress. Perhaps I would add a necklace if I wore this same outfit today, a long Silver Chain Necklace would have made it better.
Light Olive-Green Sweater Dress, with 3/4-Sleeves & Lace Palettes on the Sleeves: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Black, Stretchy & Patent Leather, Wide Belt w/ Square Buckle: White House Black Market.
Olive Green/Grayish, Plastic-Bead, Stud Earrings: Piazza Italia.
Stretchy, Silver, Oval-Link Bracelet: The Limited.
 Thick, Opaque, Navy Tights: Pompea.

2nd Look of the Olive Green Sweater Dress. This time I wore this dress to a Sunday Lunch Date with my husband plus another couple. It was Early Fall and there was a little chill in the air that day. My Pashmina served both to warm me up, as well as to layer the dress for some extra interest. The Metallic Bracelets pick up the colors of the Pashmina Scarf, too.

Light Olive-Green Sweater Dress, with 3/4-Sleeves & Lace Palettes on the Sleeves: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Burnt Orange, Gold & Brown, Paisly Print, Indian Pashmina Shawl w/ Fringe: Gifted to Me from a Friend.
Braided, Gold, Bronze, Silver & Pewter Bracelets: Parfois (New).
Dark Brown, Soft Knit, Sweater Tights: Golden Point.
Brown, Soft Leather, Slouchy Boots: Diba.
3rd Look of the Olive Green Sweater Dress. This was my first time ever wearing this Sweater Dress - which eventually became a Favorite of mine. As a matter of fact I have worn it once or twice more that is not documented into outfit photos. This time I wore the dress for a Birthday Dinner Party for some Relatives of my husband. The Earrings & Bracelet (both of which I love) though from different stores, have Matching Stones in Earth Colors and both have Geometric Stones. I like that I chose Leopard Tights.
Light Olive-Green Sweater Dress, with 3/4-Sleeves & Lace Palettes on the Sleeves: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Silver Bracelet (Left Hand): Lord & Taylor.
Wedding & Engagement Rings (Left Hand): My Husband's.
Black, Olive Green and Gray, Multi-Stoned, Big Mosaic, Stretchy Bracelet (Right Hand): A Christmas Gift from a Friend.
Silver, Circle, White Stone, Cubic Zircon Ring (Right Hand, Middle Finger): JC Penneys.
Silver, Iridescent, Cubic Zircon, Big Oval-Stoned Ring (Right Hand, 4th Finger): Lord & Taylor.
Drop Earrings w/ Circle, Square & Triangle Sparkly Stones in Black, Olive Green & Brown Colors: White House Black Market.
Black on Black Leopard Print Tights: Betsey Johnson.
Black Suede Booties: Worthington (JC Penneys.)
4th Look of the Olive Green Sweater Dress. I doubled my Leopard with this look, by wearing a Silk Scarf in a Modern Leopard Print & Ballet Flats in Classic Leopard Print. My Scarf served as a Necklace that day. Tights were necessary since it was Mid Fall and quite chilly. Ohh and I was pregnant here too, if you could tell. That's so awesome about this dress - it is loose enough for a round, expecting belly.

Light Olive-Green Sweater Dress, with 3/4-Sleeves & Lace Palettes on the Sleeves: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Lilac, Gray & Black, Leopard-Print, Wide, Silk Scarf: The Limited.
Silver Chain Necklace w/ Small, Black, Semi-Precious Stone: Fred's Jewelry.
Silver, Flower-Stud Earrings w/ Little Pearls in the Middle: Parfois.
Dark Gray, Soft Knit, Sweater Tights: Golden Point.
Leopard & Black, Calfskin & Patent Leather, Cap-Toed Ballet Flats: White House Black Market.

1st Look of the Silk, Floral Dress. This is very simple. I brought out the colors of the dress with the Hot Pink Skinny Belt, & Turquoise Blue Poppy Flower Earrings. And the Silver Sandals matched with the Gray Color of the Dress. I like this look. This was also during the end of my first trimester so it was out hot and I wanted to be comfortable.

Silk Shantung, Gray Dress w/ a Pink, Sky Blue, Beige & Violet Floral Print: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Silver Bangle: White House Black Market.
Oval-linked, Stretchy, Silver Bracelet: The Limited.
Flower-Shaped, Turquoise, Stud Earrings: Parfois.
Purple-Magenta, Patent Leather, Skinny Belt: Koton.
Dark Silver, Thong-Wedge, Beaded Sandals w/ Black, Gray & Silver Beads: Nine West.

2nd Look of the Silk, Floral Dress. I wore this to a TV Appearance on a Late Afternoon Live Talk Show, which was work-related. This was Early Fall and my round belly started showing more but between my straight locks, pretty & simple makeup and the addition of a Cardigan which complimented the dress, I felt really put-together. And I wore Silver Flower Studs with a tiny pearl in the middle.

Silk Shantung, Gray Dress w/ a Pink, Sky Blue, Beige & Violet Floral Print: Ann Taylor LOFT.
Teal Green, Elbow-Sleeve, Ruched Cardigan: The Limited.
Square-Shaped, Lime-Green Stud Earrings w/ Tiny Patterned Multi-Square Stones: Express.
Purple-Magenta, Patent Leather, Skinny Belt: Koton.
Beige, Peep-Toe Wedges w/ Different Colorful Dots: Il Cammino.

3rd Look of the Silk, Floral Dress. This is the simplest way I have worn this dress. I added lots of bracelets as you can see. I should have probably added a long necklace too, like my Sky Blue Beads or one of My Long Glass Necklaces.

Accessories - Many Headbands, Many Ways.

Happy Hump Day Lovelies. I am joining this week's challenge once again today and talk accessories with you. I am not gonna lie to you, I love Shoes. I love Purses too but Shoes much more so. However to me they are more than accessory, they are in a way Clothing for your Feet. They are a Must. You need Shoes to finish off an outfit. Since I have moved to Albania due to me walking a lot, I have actually worn a lot more flats than heels. I adore Ballet Flats but lately I have been loving Loafers, Boat Shoes & Oxford Shoes too, so I have added a lot of those to my wardrobe. I actually own at least 150 pairs of shoes. I'd love to show you a snippet of my collection through a collage but due to time restraints, that has to be left for a future post, when the Baby Girl is older.

So, today I will talk about an accessory that perhaps most of you do not like, or do not wear a lot or whatever but it is definitely an accessory I use and wear a lot. That would be HEADBANDS. Since as long as I can remember, since I was a toddler, I have worn and loved headbands. I have loved all hair accessories for that matter, but especially headbands. Now, in my early 30s I still adore and love headbands and wear them if not daily, weekly. I own a large collection of headbands, probably over 50. Below you will see just a bunch of them, what I have worn in the last 5 years or so. I buy headbands everywhere - no need to spend a ton of money on them, especially if you like them as much as I do. Most of my headbands however, are from The Limited, Express, New York & Co., Forever 21, Bijoux & Accessories, Bebe & Target. My favorite styles of headbands have bows or flowers off the side. I also like headbands with feather details or sparkly stones. Though sometimes just a plain, circle band is just fine. I think headbands serve so many purposes. They keep your hair away from your face. They dress up your hair. They work for when your hair is dirty or hasn't been washed for a few days. They are the quickest, simplest thing to add to your hair if you don't feel like styling it or blow-drying it. Headbands look great with your hair down but even if you have it up in a ponytail or bun. They work for all hair lengths, too. Ohhh. and the look so cute on babies, too. You bet Vivian has already her own little collection of headbands. =)

So, below I present you a lot of my headbands. I will tell you where they come from too, from the best of my knowledge. I definitely recognize the ones from the stores I mentioned above. The rest, I thought very hard of the source. Anyways, here are my accessories for today's challenge.
