Mild Pastels in Pink and Lime.

So it is raining (a lot) for the 4th or 5th day in a row. However it is a little warmer than yesterday. I did get to wear a dress today, not the one I had planned on wearing yesterday, but a dress nevertheless. An outfit I literally threw together in less than a minute but on which I already got 2 compliments this morning. And to tell you the truth I was warmer in my light dress today, worn with thick wool-blend tights & knee-high boots, than I was in my pants yesterday or jeans the day before. You will get to see this outfit, once I am updated with the last several days' outfits. But I figured it's fine since in January - the month I give birth - I will be mostly home in pajamas so there will be several outfits left over to show you, then, too. Plus I plan on taking some Guest Bloggers, sporadically for late January through February, I am looking for let's say 12-16 bloggers. Mine is mostly a Fashion blog but you could blog about anything you like. If you are interested let me know here, through the comments and we will e-mail each-other. =) Thanks.

This outfit I wore on a morning/lunch weekend day off, a couple of weekends ago when it was still pretty warm out (meaning we still had a MILD FALL), and I went shopping with my Sister-in-Law. This is the second time within a month that I mixed Lime Green with Pink. I have done a reverse of this outfit before where the Pink was on top and the Green was on the bottom, check it out here. This time the colors are lighter and more pastel, the first time they were brighter, bolder. I added the scarf to keep my neck warm, plus it matched perfectly with this Baby Tee.

Lime Green V-Neck Cardigan w/ Floral Sequined Embellishment by the Side (on Front): Old Navy.
Baby Pink, Long, Breezy, Cotton Tee: Melon.
Indigo, Blue Jean Leggings w/ Zippers off the Sides: Miley&Max (Wal Mart).
Baby Pink, Linen, Wrap Scarf: A Scarf Boutique.
Silver Chain, Dainty Necklace w/ a Teardrop Shaped Baby Blue Stone: Kohl's.
Sky Blue Hair Claw: Carefour.
Soft, Dusty Pink, Suede Moccasin Shoes: Payless.

P.S. Once again this week, I am linking up with Adorable Shanna for her Random Wednesdays. Funny how the colors of my outfit here, match the colors of her Wednesday Logo (also Pastels). =)

  2. I have a thing for embellished sweaters and love yours. You look so fresh and pretty - and you're still rockin' skinny jeans. Maternity clothes are so much nicer than they were 25 years ago :)

    1. These are actually jeggings and they are not Maternity. Nothing here is Maternity, but they still fit (2 and a half weeks ago). I agree though, maternity clothes these days are so much better.
