Pastel Pink and Gray.

This Working Monday went by fast, guys. I will close my evening shift at work in less than 45 minutes. Before I know I will be home, cuddling with my current book and falling asleep. The weather is semi-rainy, drizzly and a little humid. It will be perfect for having a Great Night Sleep. And just as I am typing this, the rain is coming down heavily. There is a small window on the ceiling of my office and I can definitely hear it.

So this little rose-trimmed shrug and long T-Shirt both in Baby Pink match perfectly together, as a twin-set. Another thing I know is how well pinks and grays go together, so this is a Pastel Pink & Pastel Gray look. I added a little bit of a bright color in my shoes. I feel like the tops I am wearing are perfect to celebrate my upcoming miracle, my baby girl. =)

Baby Pink, Long, Breezy, Cotton Tee: Melon

  1. You look very pretty in pink, Ada :)

We are listening to the high winds and rain, yet still getting only a small taste of Sandy, unlike the rest of the east coast :(

    1. Thanks for the compliment, Lynne.

I am just about done reading a long article on this matter and wow some people have died, 12500 flights have been canceled so far & about 7 million have died! =( It breaks my heart.

  3. You ARE pretty in pink. I love the ruffly collar and your fabulous pink loafers. I'm grateful that the worst we're getting is some high winds. I'm south enough from the storm. Worried for my friends though! I almost wish we had a drizzle to off set the wind blowing.

    1. Thanks for the "Pretty in Pink" comment, I appreciate it.

Just like I replied to Lynne, it seems real scary out there and I read that part of it is coming through Michigan Lake. My family lives in Michigan so I am worried. Ahhhh Mother Nature, Her Fury is a beast!

  5. You Look great Ada. I'm in Michigan and we have 50mph winds and rain. The rain was hit the window so hard last night it kept waking me up. What part of Michigan does you family live in. I'm a couple hours away from Detroit.

    1. Thanks Amy. I thought you currently lived in Germany. Anyway, I hope MI isn't affected badly from all of this. They live about 45 minutes west of Detroit.
