Casual Bohemian and Warm.

This was a casual outting, during an afternoon off. I am makeup-free and carefree. However, in case you are wondering why my hair looks so 'done' (with wavy curls) is because I did it for an event for later than night. I love my hair curly, or better yet I love a big, thick curl to frame my entire face going from the middle of my hair down to the ends, in cascades of waves. I have "been experimenting" with this style a lot, lately, for when I have had special events, work-related events or TV Interviews for my job. Yes, I have been on TV at least half a dozen times for my current job. As a matter of fact last Sunday (on February 26th), I was live in the morning news for their Art/Culture portion of the 9.00 o'clock morning news edition, where I discussed books and culture for about 10-12 minutes. I will post that outfit on a future post. =)

I love this vest and I wish you guys guys could see the military buttons on the shoulders. It adds some military flair to an otherwise bohemian vest. I like this vest SO MUCH I own it in two colors. I purchased the Royal Blue first and then 2 days later I had to go back and get the Red one. After all Red is my most favorite color. It was originally 79$ and I paid about 20$ for each. That's a deal, I think. =P Also, this V-Neck cotton sweater was one of my very last purchases from White House Black Market, from Mid-Fall of last year. It also features 4 cool, military-looking silver buttons on the bottom of each sleeve. It is so comfortable. I got a size Small but wish I should have gotten the XSmall since it stretches quite a bit. I have only worn it twice and I am afraid it will stretch more on me. I think I need to leave it in the dryer for a bit. LOL That "steal" of a scarf looks great with this gray sweater, too. =) Also, as usual in several posts you see my favorite stretchy pants (a.k.a. Black Ponte Leggings from WHBM) and my favorite Black Riding Boots (from IMPO). I can live in both of these items (my thick black leggings and black boots). They go with everything and they are super comfy! Overall I would call this Casual Bohemian and Warm!!

Relaxed, Gray, V-Neck, Cotton Sweater w/ Fun Button Detail on the Sleeves: White House Black Market.
Red, Crocheted Vest w/ Military Buttons on the Shoulders: Armani Exchange.
Black, Ponte Leggings w/ Pockets (on the Back): White House Black Market.
Black & Gray Rose-Print Scarf: Christmas Gift to Myself from a Market (I paid less than 5$ for it and I love it).
Black, Leather Boots: Impo.

  1. Thanks Londyn. I do too love the scarf. It is super cute and so versatile because of its neutral colors. Love these boots too and I have worn them a ton this winter. My Most favorite boots to wear this Fall-Winter for sure. ;-) Please stop by, again, soon.

  2. Just last week I was admiring someone's hair because, like you, you could see that either rolls had been put in or it had been curled by iron. I absolutely adore soft curls. I never put up my hair in rollers because I am too lazy. But now that i see your hair i might just give it a try.

  4. Thanks Lorena. My Hair looks great in big curls and lately like I said I have tried experienced this look a lot. I am horrible when it comes to styling my hair, but sometimes I have done it myself and sometimes at the hair dresser. It is somewhat inexpensive to wash and style your hair at the stylist, here in Tirana, so at least bi-monthly I treat myself with such a little luxury.
